Al palato si presenta pieno, rotondo, leggermente speziato con un ďŹ nale lungo e piacevole. Ideale con carni rosse, formaggi stagionati e stufati di manzo o cacciagione. A deep red, full and fruity wine, with notes of blue berries and green pepper. Rich and intense, it is long and slightly spicy on the palate. Ideal with red meat, strong cheese, or with a slow cooked beef or game stew.

Perfetto con pasta al ragù, anatra, carne e verdure alla piastra. Red with hints of purple, this wine has aromas of red berries and a hint of spice and vanilla. Full and juicy on the palate it has a smooth long finish. Perfect for pasta with ragout, duck, roasted and grilled meat and vegetables.
NERO D’AVOLA DOC Sicilia
Vigneti/Vineyards: Agrigento Alc: 13% Dal bouquet ampio con note di frutta a bacca rossa e ciliegia, ha un intrigante accento speziato. Corpo, armonia, morbidezza al palato, con un ďŹ nale fresco ed avvolgente. Eccellente accompagnamento per pasta al sugo, carne e verdure alla griglia o semplicemente un piatto di formaggi stagionati. With notes of cherry, plum and a hint of spices on the nose, it is silky and harmonic on the palate , with soft juicy tannins and a round ďŹ nish. Excellent for a barbecue, rich pasta dishes or simply cheese and roasted vegetables.

Al palato è ben strutturato con una fresca acidità ed un finale piacevole e lungo. Ideale come aperitivo, con piatti vegetariani o a base di pesce, frutti di mare o pollo. Light straw in colour, this wine has notes of white flowers, mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits. With a lovely tingling acidity, it is long and fresh on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif, with light sea food or chicken or vegetarian dishes.
CATARRATTO IGT Terre Siciliane
Vigneti/Vineyards: Salemi Alc: 13% Giallo intenso, dai profumi floreali , con note di pesca a salvia. Al palato è pieno e consistente, con una bilanciata acidità ed un’ elegante nota salina. Ottimo con pesce, in particolare con crostacei, e con piatti a base di verdure. Bright yellow, with elegant floral notes, hints of peach and sage. Full and round on the palate, it has a balanced acidity and a pleasant mineral finish. Ideal with fish, especially shell fish, it is also great with vegetarian dishes.

Vigneti/Vineyards: Salemi Alc: 13% Dal colore giallo vivace e i riflessi verdognoli, presenta note di pere mature, fiori di campo e mandorle. Al palato è morbido con una nota di freschezza finale. Perfetto come aperitivo o accompagnato da piatti a base di pesce azzurro. Bright yellow with hints of green, refined and delicate on the nose, it has hints of pears, wild flowers and almonds. Crispy and elegant on the palate, it has a nice fresh finish. Perfect with pasta with fish sauces, blue tailed baked or grilled fish.

Il sorso è rifrescante, persistente e avvolgente. Perfetto abbinamento a crudi, crostacei e pietanze speziate. With its gold color and emerald reflections, this wine is an hymn to Sicily: orange blossom, citrus fruit, Canary melon. On the palate a round, soft and pleasant mouth feel ends in a long and persistent finish. Perfect match with shellfish and spicy dishes.
