We endeavour to make them productive contributions to an interdependent global society as responsible adults.

SCHOOL HEAD MS SAMANA IMAM Dear Parents and Students, The past few months have been really tough on all of us and have changed the entire interface of our daily lives especially schooling. Beaconhouse, leading the way in education, remained committed to offering our students the best possible learning experience over Beaconhouse Schooling Uninterrupted (BSU). Switching over from face to face teaching to a completely virtual platform was a challenge for us all. Thus, adapting this complete shift in approach and attitudes played a pivotal role in delivering quality learning opportunities for our pupils during phase 1 and 2 of BSU. This pandemic has shown that our efforts are more important than ever before. I thank our faculty and parents for their constant support and perseverance. Besides regular lessons, an array of virtual activities were planned all along to provide opportunities for our students to engage and interact constructively by showcasing their talent in areas of their interest. Pupils’ keenness to explore and exercise new skills was a motivating factor for our faculty. This newsletter will give you a perfect account of our efforts. I would encourage my students to make the best use of this time by spending quality moments with family, making books their companions, enjoying nature and by learning new skills. Those who for some reason, could not join us virtually are encouraged to do so in future. Connecting and learning online is the new norm now and those who will embrace it will certainly move on and excel ! School is all set to welcome you back virtually in your new classes for the 3rd phase of BSU commencing from August 10. My prayers and best wishes for our students awaiting their CAIE results. Can’t wait to see you all when the face to face schooling begins at a later stage. Wishing you all a relaxing break. Best wishes for your well-being ! Warm Regards Samana Imam School Head

HEAD MISTRESS MS SHAMAILA RIZWAN Dear Parents and Students, I truly believe in what Bernard Shaw once said, ‘Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds, cannot change anything.’ In these changing times, when virtual learning has surpassed face to face learning for some time, Beaconhouse provided our students with quality education through BSU (Beaconhouse Schooling Uninterrupted). I am proud to share that the staff of Bahria Town Senior Campus accepted this challenge and provided their hundred percent to our students. Here, I would like to thank our parent body and students for supporting and making this impossible venture, possible. Not only this, our enthusiastic learners took part in various virtual activities like Urdu Declamation contest, Art contest and Activity Mania. I am pleased to claim that our students have proven their worth in all dimensions of curricular and co-curricular activities. In the end, I would advise my students to spend their time in productive activities and make the best possible use of this time. Extending my best wishes to students awaiting their results and looking forward to seeing you on 10th of August 2020, for an even better learning experience in BSU-phase III.
