The Head Mistress’s Message
Dear Parents and Students, As the Head Mistress of Beaconhouse School System, Latifabad Secondary Campus, the Learner’s Profile has guided me towards realizing my vision for this school. I have been fortunate enough to see the wonderful results of the learner’s traits as Latifabad Secondary achieves great heights. We secured a GPA of 4.62 in Cambridge Assessment International Education, 2021 ( May/ June Series), a GPA of 4.50 in CAIE 2021, Oct/ Nov Series, and a GPA of 4.35 in BISE, 2021. Our curriculum emphasises active learning, understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. We endeavour to inculcate within each student the practice of taking ownership of one’s own learning. It is our responsibility as educators to nurture and develop every pupil to prepare them for life. Students are continually encouraged to participate in diverse activities, enabling them to develop an awareness about global issues, and an active respect for the environment. This e-newsletter brings together the accolades and memories of the events organized during Term I, 2021. I invite you to share this joy with me. It gives me great pleasure to outline the activities carried out during this semester August-December 2021, and the achievements of the LSH fraternity. Sincerely, Mrs. Farzana Lodhi Head Mistress
