First Word Dear Parents, Wishing you all a blissful magnificent year ahead.
and
After returning from an invigorating winter break, I warmly welcome you all to a new term. With re-newed energy we are determined to excel in academics and transform our students into well rounded human beings who are well equipped to benefit the community and the wider world. It has been a busy first term, as we worked tirelessly for our vision, which can be best summed up in two words, “Aim High”. Simply put, it means we want all of our pupils to achieve high standards academically, alongside with achieving personal goals in everything that they do, including sports, music or leadership skills. Apart from the main priority of getting the students settled into the daily routine and affixed into their new academic session, a lot has been going on both in and out of lesson time. Please take time to go through this newsletter to learn about some of the memorial moments. Appreciation is one of the top motivators, and we have consciously made extra effort to appreciate our students for their efforts and success. Every month we celebrate Fantastic
Friday; awarding certificates to appreciate students’ performances in a variety of fields; hoping this step will further motivate our students to excel and will create a healthy competition among them. In the next term, we will continue to inculcate a progressive mindset and strong ethics in our students. The academic curriculum, school routines, rituals and traditions, discipline and cocurricular activities collectively give the students an opportunity to develop the full range of assets needed for an ethical, productive, and fulfilling life. At the same time, I also hope the routines and culture at home will also support and enhance students’ belief in excellence and promote strong character growth too. Finally, I would like to thank you for your persistent support. Jointly, we can effectively build our pupils’ aspirations and give them the skills and learning experiences needed to achieve life goals. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any suggestion or feedback for further improvement. saminajamal.khakwani@bh.edu.pk I look forward to another productive term as I wish my students success in every walk of life.
