Matilda is an 8-pound grey tabby with stripes. We first met Matilda about a year ago in a local kill shelter as an owner-surrender because she was too playful as a teen. This girl certainly enjoys a good game of hide-and-seek with a furry mouse or keep-away with some jingly bells, but after an ample play time, she’s right at your side. Matilda does great with other kitties and would love her new family to have another furry friend to play and cuddle with, but she would do fine as an only pet, too. Matilda has plenty of life ahead of her and loads of love to give. She is looking for a home to call her own where she can get snuggled and scratched and loved.

Oliver, aka Mr. Neighborly, has loads of devotion and love waiting for his new family. The 10-pound dog got his nickname, Mr. Neighborly, because he’s the type of dog that everybody loves. He’s an all around good dog, not too active, walks well on a leash, and loves plush toys and sitting in your lap. This guy is perfect to come home to. Mr. Neighborly’s story involves a lot of stops along the way. He was found as a stray by a family who wanted to give him a forever home, but they lost their home to a fire and had to surrender him to the animal shelter. After spending six months at the shelter, a volunteer with the Frisco Humane Society found out about him and rescued him. Oliver does great with other dogs and kids and cats. Now, it’s our goal to make sure Mr. Neighborly’s next home is his forever home.
