Prefabricated Multi-stall Restrooms
Factory Blue provides turnkey commercial-level modular bathrooms. The benefits are clear. Faster Delivery of finished product than traditional built systems Highest Quality Available Less worksite congestion Schedule, Price, and Quality Assurance
We provide flexibility. Factory Blue modular bathroom components provides the flexibility of removing the construction of these units from the critical path. These units are manufactured in a controlled environment. They are then shipped to the jobsite where they are installed before the building is dried in. The units are shipped and set while encased in a weather resistant wrapping. Once the units are set in their final resting place, the team can do final acceptance review well in advance of project close-out.
Factory Blue production happens completely independent of work on site. This off-site prefabricated approach not only enhances the safety of employees working in the controlled environment, but also improves the quality and productivity of your project by eliminating site congestion and traditional labor peak time on site.

SOLUTIONS IN ACTION
DFW International Airport Prefabricated Restroom DFW Airport, Texas Factory Blue provided multi-stall prefabrication services for the renovation of the airside restrooms at DFW Airport Terminal A29. The Factory Blue team worked alongside the design-build firm, The Beck Group, and was able to bring their design to fruition through prefabrication. Key elements including wall sections and banks of toilets, urinals, and lavatories of the restroom were built at Factory Blue’s facility in Fort Worth. Once complete, our teams transported the elements to the project site in the evening - when customer traffic at the airport is low - to ensure minimal disruption to travelers and dayto-day operations. Using prefabrication reduced onsite construction time and restroom closures by two months compared to a traditional buildout.
