We provide flexibility. Factory Blue modular bathroom components provides the flexibility of removing the construction of these units from the critical path. These units are manufactured in a controlled environment. They are then shipped to the jobsite where they are installed before the building is dried in. The units are shipped and set while encased in a weather resistant wrapping. Once the units are set in their final resting place, the team can do final acceptance review well in advance of project close-out.
Factory Blue production happens completely independent of work on site. This off-site prefabricated approach not only enhances the safety of employees working in the controlled environment, but also improves the quality and productivity of your project by eliminating site congestion and traditional labor peak time on site.

Texas Health Hospital Mansfield Mansfield, Texas This project was an integrated design build effort for a new hospital in Mansfield. The hospital was built on a 24acre developed tract of land along a highly visible site. The 195,000 SF acute care hospital has the capacity for 83 patient beds and offers the following services: women’s, surgical, imaging and emergency that is supported by the following departments: dietary, pharmacy, laboratories and sterile processing.
