Team + Owner define the criteria: basis of design, owner's value Develop team working structure and process: IPL, co-location, technology, process

DEFINITION

Define the project using conceptual massing studies in Sketchup/Revit. Use DESTINI Profiler to generate the EC(expected cost) and line item budgets for the project: Structure, exterior wall, MEP, etc.

VALIDATION

Validate with the owner and the team: program, quality, and schdule. Comparison of the AC(allowable cost) to the EC(expected cost) to determine whether to continue, redulce scope, or end the project.

TECHNOLOGY

Beck leads the design and building industry in innovation by developing and advancing technology. That’s because technology helps us increase the availability of information, reduce risk, clarify scope, improve quality and reduce cost for design and construction projects. Our technical abilities range from designing and adapting custom architectural elements to coordinating geographically distant teams. Whether we’re helping our clients visualize project design to verifying proper field installation, technology is a part of how we work.
