Family Solicitor

An experienced family lawyer with PQE 5 years + to deal with its private law family caseload at its Windsor office. Candidates will have experience of all aspects of private family law – divorce, separation, finances, children and cohabitation issues. The Candidate will work independently and report to the Head of the Family Department. The candidate will be expected to develop the Family department via various marketing and networking strategies. Interest in and experience of court advocacy will be advantageous.

Conveyancing Solicitor

An experienced conveyancing solicitor with PQE 8 years + to deal with all aspects of conveyancing at its Windsor office. The Candidate will head the Conveyancing Department and will be expected to develop the department via various marketing and networking strategies. Interest in and experience of Commercial Conveyancing will be advantageous.

Crime Dept Para-Legal

Appleby Shaw solicitors are looking for an experienced Para- Legal to assist with case preparation at its Windsor Office. Police Station accreditation will be advantageous.

Crime Department Duty Solicitor

Appleby Shaw Solicitors are looking for two experienced Duty Solicitors for its London and Windsor offices.
