Moreton, Qld May 10th 2022 Lilydale Charolais sold a red factor heifer weighing 680kg at 445.2c/kg returning $3,027.36. They also sold a steer weighing 590kg for 509.2c/kg to return $3,004.28.

Greg Zahl also won several awards including first place in the pen of steers most suitable for local trade, and second place in the pen of heifers most suitable for local trade and heifers most suitable for breeding. The two pens of Charolais cross steers sold for 682c/kg and 711c/kg to return $2,479 and $2,133 respectively, while Mr Zahl’s Charolais cross heifers from sold for 606c/kg, returning $1,774.
