It is time for a change, a change that will correct a business model that has hindered the growth, quality and culture of the real estate industry for years. There are three key components when driving a successful real estate business... cash flow, residual income and asset building. The real estate industry has a model that only supports helping a sales executive drive cash flow. Without all three you may reach some level of success; however, to truly reach the pinnacle of success, mastery of all three components is essential. We are blazing a new trail for our company and ultimately our industry. We have incorporated all three components into a model that truly supports the hard working, committed, loyal sales executive. First, we created a Strategic Growth Division that will train, organize and formulate a business model for a sales executive giving them flexibility and the means to build an asset that can generate cash flows ongoing in the future. Secondly, we put in place a plan called ”ProfitBuilder” that can pay quarterly residual income when a sales executive supports the growth of an organization. Lastly, we invite our most committed sales executive to share in the success of the entire organization including all present and future companies in the Americana family. You may ask yourself why others have not tried this model. During my investigation, it became clear that most brokers come from a mind-set of scarcity rather than one of abundance. They are more concerned about what they are giving away rather than focusing on the tremendous wealth they could create for all. There have been attempts to devise a plan that in some way, answers some needed changes. However, not until today has any model taken such aggressive steps in supporting the real estate sales executive. This is truly a historical time for our company and I welcome all of you to the ground floor.
