We can’t get enough of Dotloop, clearly. This tool has it all – even an integration into your personal @bhhsflpg.com g-suite gmail account. This integration is super cool because you can create loops from within your Gmail account or drop documents from an email in Gmail to a loop you already have created. {Yes, we are geeking out over here.}

Dotloop Integration Into Chalk Digital

Another thing about Dotloop. They have an integration with Chalk Digital where your seller’s email address is automatically entered into Chalk Digital so they can get the skinny on their home’s targeted ad. Another thing to check off of your extensive to-do list. Score!

Automatic Survey Testimonials

Once a transaction has closed, an automated email is sent to your customer(s) to complete a survey through Testimonial Tree. You don’t have to lift a finger! Bonus: there is a social share feature once you receive the feedback so you can share the good news with your social media audience.
