FLEXIBLE SCREEN MOBILE PHONES New mobile phones which will change our ways to live.
Did you imagine forty or fifty years ago you could fold your mobile phone as paper does? I didn’t, but now we see it is possible. In 2018 SAMSUNG presents the first flexible screen mobile phone. This model could fold like a plastic ruler, because of its thin size. It was the first step to improve little by little this invention. Forty years later almost all mobile phone companies have created different models of flexible screen mobile phones. Thanks to this invention, you can lock your mobile phone and
fold and keep it in your pocket as a piece of paper does; you can take auto portraits of you seeing you in both screens by folding it; you can read a news paper as a real one… In addition to these things you can do with a flexible screen mobile phone, it was created to make you comfortable. One of the facilities that these mobile phones offer is its weight in relation with its size: everyone wants a mobile phone light but huge. This is the solution because it weighs just 5 grams and if you open it, its size is 10x20 cm. The only problem for these amazing inventions is the facility to introduce it in the washing

machine. Imagine you have a piece of paper or a tissue in your pocket. I’m sure you usually forget that it is in your pocket and after you wash it you see it was there and it has been cleaned. Wonder now it is a mobile phone, so it would be broken. But it isn’t. Scientists think in everything, so they have invented them resistant to water. Then you won’t have any problem. Because of all these amazing comforts, you will have a lot of reasons to buy one of them. However, there are people who prefer other mobile phone models, so it is also allow. If not, what would happen with people’s personality?
NEW WAY TO PRODUCE ENERGY Windows as solar panels.
Since the emergence of renewable energies, the human race has been researching about a more efficient energy which can also be clean, ecological and economical. Now, that dream is real. Some years before a group of MIT researchers invented a solar film that didn´t interfere in the opacity of the windows and got electricity from organic molecules. Then, scientists from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) started to investigate and
develop systems that generate clean energies such as the solar energy. In 2030, they created the first model of ecological transparent glass, more efficient than older methods to obtain solar energy. This glass absorbs the infrared light but gives way to see the spectrum making it transparent, instead of an opaque material as others previous. Yang Yang (director of the Renewable Energy Centre in the Institute of Nanosystems of California) says that those results open doors to the use of transparent glasses that produce energy in laptops, smart

windows, photovoltaic energy in buildings and others applications. It has been created from a plastic that has 70% of opacity. To achieve this transparency it has used silver nanowires and titanium oxide particles, instead of opaque metal electrodes which had been used so far. Moreover, it can be produced in a large scale and low cost. Maybe a few years later, this new method could be used for mobile phones to charge them without cables. It would be a breakthrough.

Just a few children between 5 to 12 years old know how people practiced sports 50 years ago. Now almost everyone uses “Virtual Reality” to practice sport. It means people can play football, basketball… in a close room in a virtual way.

“Pineapple Company” has designed the “Maui Gold”, that is a machine where you experiment this “Virtual Reality”.
In addition, “Virtual Reality” can be played alone or in a multiplayer way. But, how can you play with another one if once you have install it you can’t move it again? It’s easy. You can play multiplayer mode through internet, in an online way. And here is when you use your earphones and your microphone, to talk and listen to people who are playing with you.
It is formed by a pineapple-like-helmet with special glasses inside it where you see this virtual world. Moreover, “Maui Gold” includes some cables for your hands and feet to make all the movements for the sport you are practicing/playing. The helmet also includes earphones and a microphone. Thanks to that microphone, you can record your voice
Last year, it started the world championships of “Virtual Reality” and until now, the only company who offers it is “Pineapple Company”. They are going to be every two years in different parts of the world. The first country where the championship was celebrated was China and it was a success! In different huge pavilions, there

were a different number of “Virtual Reality” machines: in one of them, there were two (for tennis), in other one 22 (for football)… In addition to the machines, there were huge screens for the viewers to see what players are seeing. And surrounding them, a lot of seats where people from all over the world went there to see their favorite “players” or “athletes”. Although this great machine has revolutionized the Sport World, what has happened to people who prefer pure and sane air? These people continue having courts, pavilions, fields… to practice their favorite sports outdoors and my opinion, in a healthier way. However, it continues existing outdoors championships as we used to have fifty years ago. And you, what do you prefer?
SPACE HOTELS Holidays out of the Earth!
the first space hotel opened its doors in 2015 and it was designed by a company based in Barcelona called “Galactic Suite Design”. Through its window you can see the Earth 450 km away. Travel in 2015 to this hotel cost 4 million dollars just three days in space and 18 training weeks in a tropical island to train tourists for their experience. After these three days in the hotel you will have seen sunset and sunrise fifteen times a day. Today, 50 years later, almost everybody has been in a space hotel, doing before free lecture series through Internet or private ones by paying some money. Once you have done these lecture series, you can make use of them for ten years, then, you have to renew it. Some years ago, in 2022, the first space hotel, “Galactic Suite”, had a collapse of a
meteorite. Luckily there weren’t any tourists there in the moment of the accident. Since that disaster, scientists and engineers have been investigating and improving to fix some mistakes that they had committed in the beginning. So, in 2028 they built a new space hotel and they waited for 5 or 6 years to build a new one to make them sure they have fixed everything. When they were sure that the hotel didn’t have any problem and they saw many people wanted to make reservations to stay there, scientists and engineers decided to build new ones. Nowadays, we find more than five space hotels and attainable prices to stay there. However, scientists and engineers are developing new models to make more comfortable the stay for the guests. They wanted to include more space

hotels bigger and with more rooms in addition to a gym, restaurants… Even they are trying to create space hotels with pools, spa, golf...! The only problem will be always its price, because they have gone down since 2015, but it continues been too expensive for most people. Because of this, in these hotels will be specially stayed just married couples in their honeymoons because it is something very special: its views and the amazing accommodation. And you, will you pay a huge quantity of money to live this incredible adventure?
CLEANING PLANTS “There are solutions for a better world”
After decades of research, scientists of the “Senior Environment Institute” (SEI) in Georgia along with the “Board of Scientific Research” (BSR) have found a possible solution to a serious problem that concerns everybody: the atmospheric pollution. We have been destroying our planet for many years because of our actions, some of them more necessary than others. For example: everyone often use the car, polluting with carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), unburned hydrocarbons (HC), lead compounds and sulfur dioxide. This
type of contamination could decrease if we use more public transports. In contrast, industrial wastes produce more damage than cars because they are more common and are necessary for the elaboration of products, so it is difficult to reduce it. Humans also emit CO2 but our emission is only 5.65% while the one produced by fossil fuels is 9%. Scientists have created artificial plants that can eliminate the CO2, a gas whose concentration in the atmosphere is increasing, being the responsible of rising the Earth's temperature by artificial greenhouse. According to the “law of conservation of matter”: matter is created and not destroyed, just transformed. We could not destroy polluting

waste but we can change it. Those new artificial plants have been created to be carried into the atmosphere. Natural plants make the photosynthesis, the natural process in which they develop and grow, where they use carbon dioxide and emit the oxygen, an element absolutely necessary for us. Those new inventions can emulate this process. They are like an artificial satellite that goes to the atmosphere and transforms the CO2 there in O2 by a remote control. Artificial plants have not yet been proven but Scientists predict that they could give very good results and significantly reduce co2 perhaps giving a solution to the problem of air pollution.
AUGMENTED REALITY, THE ULTIMATE WEAPON Education is changing. Move on!
We don’t need to remember the role of the technology in our present and future life; for the sake of our offspring it has reached the education. That will replace the physic books by online ones with more interactive exercises. There are many things that without the augmented reality can be very difficult, dangerous or impossible to do like advanced chemical experiments, electric fields practice or even to explore the deepest parts of the oceans.
With this high-tech invent all the subjects of the schools: in history the teachers will can create again the First World War; in Physic we´ll can experiment in a void atmosphere; in Biology we´ll can travel to the mysterious jungle of the Amazon; in Art we´ll can use professional tools without buying it only downloading them or in P.E. we´ll do exercise without go to the field (please check our news in the sport part).And also there are high probabilities of adding new subjects like astrology or separate geology of biology. Because all the things will be virtual, so it

won’t be necessary go to the building of the school only staying in our house will be enough, that will made a greater contact between the teachers and the parents so they´ll can always know how is improving their daughters and/or sons. In conclusion the Education will became more practical with less theory so they can be more ¨funny¨ and keep the motivation of the children.
