Winners at 3rd annual Wasaga Beach Short Film Festival Local talent was celebrated and awarded

Ÿ The top honours in the Southern Georgian Bay Comedy/Drama category went to Eden Remme Watt for her film, Clifton Finds A Party. Ÿ The top award, the Platinum Award, for area music video went to Mary Ann Watts for directing Wasaga Beach singer Rebecca Stephens' video for the song "There Is A Light". Ÿ The top Southern Georgian Bay Documentary winner is Peter Richardson for his film, Wasaga Ice. Ÿ A twelve year old boy took top honours in the Southern Georgian Bay Action category. Devin Gillman, a big fan of the TV series The Walking Dead, won for his movie called Wasaga Beach Zombie Mash. Ÿ Sylvia Bray and Grandma's Beach Treats in Wasaga Beach won the big prize in the Video Advertisement group. Ÿ There were also national and international films awarded at Saturday night's Festival.
