Rentals Shelters Billings Parks and Recreation has some great shelters located throughout the city that are a perfect place to host a family reunion, company picnic, birthday party or get together! All picnic shelters are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rental reservations for shelters must be paid in full at the time of reservation. You can reserve your shelter online at BillingsParks.org or at the main Parks and Recreation Office. Some shelter rentals are available for a Full Day rental from 8:00am-10:00pm, while other more popular shelters are available for a Half Day rental from 8:00am2:00pm or 3:00pm-10:00pm.
