Stag Strut.Miege offers a strong educational program designed to recognize the needs and differences of individual students, to develop students potential in accordance with ability, and to equip graduates to live and find future success. Smaller class size allows for individual attention to students and the building of close relationships between experienced faculty and the students.
Bishop Miege students are provided with a faith-based education rooted in the Catholic tradition. We strive to educate the whole student by blending learning with faith and making faith an integral part of the school day. This is accomplished through prayer as a fundamental component of each class, Mass celebrations, along with a focus on service to others.
Active involvement in service during high school develops a sense of responsibility and a lifetime desire to respond to the needs of the world. In order to strengthen the commitment to be of service to others, Miege provides a four-year service program that challenges students to reach beyond themselves and to touch the lives of others.
Students are strongly encouraged to become well-rounded individuals by interacting with others in a variety of extracurricular activities, which serve as an extension of a solid educational program. These activities help enhance social skills, build self-confidence and self-discipline, and teach lessons that last a lifetime that they would not be exposed to in a classroom setting.
Both the boys & girls soccer teams received the 2022-2023 United Soccer Coaches National Team Academic Awards. The Boys Soccer had a cumulative team GPA of 3.68 and Girls Soccer had a cumulative team GPA of 4.21. This is the 5th straight Academic Award for the Boys’ program and 12th overall, and the 14th straight Academic Award for the Girls’ program.
Not only will you receive a faith-filled education at Bishop Miege....

“Miege has prepared me for the future by allowing me to take Project Lead The Way courses that provide me with hands-on experience that I will use in my future in research like using a micropipet and other lab equipment.”
Michaela Wilcox (Saint Elizabeth) Class of 2025
The Scholars Bowl Team wrapped up a great season by placing 1st at Regionals and taking State Runner-Up at the Class 4A competition. (L-R) Nikita John, Alex Haggerty (captain), Frank Cressey, Henry Holm and Emily LueckenottoThe new Joseph M. Pedrotti Innovation Center contains new learning spaces equipped with stateof-the-art tools and technology. There are two separate spaces: a Project Studio and an Engineering Lab. Students utilize the two areas for academic investigations to create products and solutions not possible within a traditional classroom.
In its first year, nearly every student at Miege has completed a hands on assignment in the Project Studio. The project studio hosts classes across disciplines, especially giving an opportunity to humanities to utilize the tools in the space. Tangible products allow students to deepen and enrich their learning across disciplines.
Students in Introduction to Engineering Design fabricate a CO2 dragster that was designed in CAD software. Final products were raced down the hallway in front of the Innovation Center for the whole school to observe.
“Academically, Bishop Miege has offered me different course options to challenge my own skills and abilities. I love being able to explore different levels of my knowledge, especially with the Innovation Lab and AP courses. Miege has challenged me in each subject that contributes to more than just my grades.”

We invite and encourage all eighth grade students interested in attending Miege to participate in our Shadow Program.
This program allows the guests to shadow a Miege student for a day, and in doing so, have the opportunity to meet other students, faculty and staff at the school.
Taking part in the Shadow Program is truly the best way for prospective students to see for themselves what Miege has to offer.
