Floriana Frassetto, Mummenschanz has written a new page in the history of theatre. From their first major success at the Avignon Festival 1972, they have been performing in Western and Eastern Europe to North and South America, from Middle East and Africa, to Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Mummenschanz, roughly translated as masquerade, is a world-renowned Swiss theater mime group widely celebrated for its unique brand of spectacular illusions. “Mummenschanz 3×11”, the newest evolution of their wordless theatrical form will be presented for the first time in the major cities around China including Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Hangzhou and Suzhou.
