PROGRAMS
NANCY GREENE SKI LEAGUE
The Nancy Greene Ski League introduces children age 4-11 to competition. These events, held at the club, zone, and provincial levels, provide young skiers the opportunity to test the skills they have learned in the program in a fun and friendly environment. The emphasis in competition is placed on individual progress, team results, camaraderie and fair play.
PROGRAMS
TECK U14 The Teck U14 series transitions skiers from the Learn to Train stage to the Learn to Race stage of the Long Term Athlete Development model. The emphasis is placed on providing strong coaching and creating a productive environment, with a strong technical foundation from which to progress to higher levels while learning life skills.
PROGRAMS
TECK U16 The Teck U16 series prepares skiers to perform in the Learn to Race stage as the skiers are introduced to more intensive training and competition. The program provides a competitive series and allows the skiers to test their skills against their peers at a regional level. The U16 program also develops ski-specific physical and mental skills and continues to develop the athletes' technical and tactical skills.
PROGRAMS
FIS The FIS (International Ski Federation) race series is designed to advance skiers to the high performance stage of ski racing. Training programs provide progression in the Train to Race stage of the development and offer intensive technical, tactical, physical and mental training in order to prepare athletes to compete at this level.
PROGRAMS
SKI CROSS Ski Cross is an action-packed and adrenaline-fueled discipline that made its Olympic debut as a medal sport at the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver-Whistler. The development of ski cross begins at the U14 level with dual slalom, and progresses to racing at the U16 and FIS levels.

WHY DOES ALPINE SKI RACING MAKE A GREAT BRAND PARTNER?
BC Alpine develops champions through healthy lifestyle, anchored by a sport that promotes leadership, courage and determination, where passion is at the heart of performance. These values are at the heart of success in athletes’ post-competitive professional lives. More than 87% of our programs' alumni have university degrees. Developing champions in sport today produces future leaders in our communities. Alpine skiing is the one of the most practiced sporting activities in Canada, with more than 3.5 million participants. We develop excellence at all levels and in everything we do. Ski racing families are involved with our programs for an average of 10 years. And most importantly, they are skiers for life!
CREATING VALUES FOR PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS Our athlete ambassadors represent values that are at the heart of today’s corporate realities, where intelligent decision-making, courage, determination and passion make the difference between success and being in the middle of the pack.
