uess what is coming very soon. That’s right, SPRING and daylight savings! Daylight Savings begins on Sunday, March 8th and Spring arrives Thursday March 19th! Yippee longer days and a gradual warming of the weather equal more great days to golf! Many Niners have been out golfing in less than ideal conditions in January and February, and I commend your efforts. Now is the time to start gearing up for our season. Practice, practice, maybe a few lessons and adding a few new clubs or a whole set. The technology has really changed in the new clubs. Book an appointment with Drew in the Golf Shop and get a club fitting. Lots of options to improve your game. We are delighted to have welcomed many new Niners this past year. If you are interested in joining a golf group who have a lot of laughs and fun while playing golf, please contact our Membership Chair, Barbara Walsh at (925) 699-1259 or rb232walsh@ comcast.net. Mark your calendars for our Spring Back to Golf play date and lunch. We invite everyone who hasn’t played all winter to come and join us March 12th at the Falls course. We have a great day planned for you, so come on out! March 20th is the WNHGA Rules Seminar to review all the golf rules and information. Hope to see you all there.
