ARCHITECTURE/INTERIOR DESIGN/MASTER PLANNING

Castor Design Associates, Inc. “It has been a great pleasure to work with Castor Design Associates over the past two decades. I was fortunate to work with Tim as we designed and opened the amazing Bridges Clubhouse in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, 20 years ago. There is no “rubber stamp”, “boilerplate,” or “one size fits all” solution when it comes to Castor Design. They work closely with you to create your vision and deliver projects on time, under budget, and to the overwhelming thrill of your club members!” Tim Walker, CCM, GM Ingomar Club, Eureka, CA “The Lakes Country Club has been working with Castor Design Associates over the past 18 months, developing a design for our new state of the art Fitness Center and our existing Clubhouse renovation. Their ability to complement our architectural design with our new interiors brings a level of design members are expecting in today’s club environment.” Frank Melon, GM,/COO The Lakes Country Club, Palm Desert, CA “Mission Lakes Country Club engaged Castor Design Associates to develop a new design for our clubhouse expansion, which includes a new 19th Hole. Their ability to read the membership’s desired look was unmatched. This made for easy work in getting membership consensus on the overall vision.”

Castor Design Associates, Inc. Denver Scottsdale Rancho Mirage P/ 800.983.9762 P/ 303.378.6474 E/ timc@cdainterior.com Mission Lakes Country Club, Desert Hot Springs, CA, had outgrown their existing clubhouse. The main porte cochere was too small. The existing linear bar was against a wall and offered no crosstalk. They also had an empty room in the lower level of the clubhouse they wanted to convert into a 19th Hole. The first rendering illustrates the new main porte cochere design and how it marries with the existing clubhouse. The second rendering illustrates how we developed a new bar design that encourages membership engagement. The third rendering proposes an informal 19th Hole for members to gravitate after a round of golf. We were able to develop a design that started with the exterior of the club and flowed from the Main Lobby, Bar Lounge, 19Th Hole, to the Formal Dining Room.
