A Word of Thanks
Unless your name is Michael Angelo or Leonardo da Vinci, it usually takes more than one person to create a masterpiece, let alone put together a book like this one. So, in deep appreciation of those who helped me stay out of trouble, I want to say thank you:
Connie Moyes –Who did the text editing for the book. Connie is a former public-school teacher, a Sunday School co-leader/teacher, and a very busy mom and grandmother. Yet, she still found time to edit this manuscript, which I sincerely appreciate. In addition, she brings to the editing task her passion for the Word of God and her commitment to Christ.
David Steele –Performed the important task of content editing. His background as a former university professor, school superintendent, and his daily walk with Christ, was a plus to the formation of this book. I deeply respect both him and his family, who have befriended my wife and me for many years, and his long and abiding commitment to the work of Christ's Kingdom.
Jan Brauer –Jan did the necessary final pre-publication review of the manuscript. As a contributing editor of my previous book, The Master Weaver, she, with a keen eye and a common-sense perspective, contributed her excellent journalistic skills to this book. In addition, her passion for Jesus Christ and His Church made her the obvious person for the final review.
And, mostimportantly. . .
Jesus Christ – the true author of this book.
God’s grace is never governed by our gratitude.
