Names to Know at the Club
Dear Premier Club Members, The new season is underway! I hope you are as excited as I am about enjoying the Club’s wonderful traditions and discovering the fun, flavor, and flair of our new offerings. As I’m sure you’ll notice, we’ve recently refurbished a number of venues, and will now be using them for a wide array of new programs designed to satisfy the many and varied interests of our Members. One addition that I’m particularly excited about is the new Monkey Bar & Bocce Garden nestled between the West Wing and the Croquet Lawn. The energy of the Monkey Bar spills out into the court’s garden setting, creating a delightfully intimate setting for al fresco cocktails and friendly competition on the Har-Tru court. I hope you’ll stop by for a game – maybe after swinging by the Monkey Bar for a craft cocktail! The fall entertainment schedule, featuring returning Member favorites along with some exciting surprises, is also infused with an irresistible kind of energy. Based on the success of recent artist performances this past summer, like Gin Blossoms, Leslie Kirchhoff, Nikki Pennie and the Loving Mary Band; other high profile DJs, master chefs and artists provided by Baker Sponder Gallery will

And, as the weather we’ve all been waiting for settles in over South Florida, live music will also fill the air on the 501 East Patio on Friday nights — and now on Saturday nights as well! As you flip through the pages of this issue of Boca Club Life, you’ll also find information on live music at Palm Court, Bar Luna and the blue. October will end on a high note – a very jazzy high note – with the premier of One Nite Stand! We take it from the top on Saturday, October 29 with the legendary Spyro Gyra, presented by Jazziz magazine. But that’s not all – because the holidays are right around the corner! With the abundant array of activities and events we have planned, the days will fly by in what is sure to be a memorable whirl.
