Dear Readers This is a special ‘PREVIEW ISSUE’ of our magazine, so you can get a taster of all the new

BondingXperience

things that are happening with before you purchase your valuable copy. And you’ll notice that we have been thinking about saving you money on printing and saving the planet; this issue has white pages! A few years ago, I used to work in a corporate office, but I found it very difficult to fit into the environment. Eventually, I decided to go my own path and along the way I developed what has now become

BondingXperience.

Until now, it has always been a free magazine. But as you can imagine, there is an incredible amount of work involved in developing and producing this magazine. I do the researching, interviewing, writing, editing, graphic design and distribution. Gratefully, I get huge support from Annemarieke Moes and Carsten “Lumière” Sasse. Thanks guys! Anyway, I love my work and I’m looking forward to continuing and developing it. Through the magazine we co-create an immense amount of positive energy and inspiration that is released out into the world, it reaches more than thirty countries across four continents. It is all created with a commitment from loving hearts. We see money as an exchange of energy. By giving money to someone, or buying something, people actually say: “I appreciate this, I like it, I can use it, I’m happy with this product or service, it supports me, makes my life better, I appreciate the energy put into this, etc.” Money can be seen as a financial means of saying: “Thank you!” and “Please keep continuing with your work!” We thank you for honoring and respecting our work by making the small payment of €5 for your copy of the magazine.

Raising Funds for Japan By purchasing this issue of BondingXperience, you also help the people of Japan rebuild their lives. Of every copy sold, 50 cents will go towards helping the Japanese people rebuild their lives through the support of Red Cross services. In 2010, I let go of my home and everything in it, so I know what it’s like to have nothing. Therefore I felt a deep heart connection for the Japanese people. In this issue, I interviewed Azumi Uchitani, the Director of UCHITANI Consultancy (Japanese Inter-Cultural Communications, Business Consulting & the Japanese Salon), who is supporting to raise awareness of the issues that face the Japanese people. And Azumi explains how Japanese wisdom and spiritually can help us in the Western world to find inner peace in a chaotic world.

World Exclusive Interviews! In this first issue of 2011, BondingXperience keeps supporting the development of higher consciousness in the human race with some exclusive interviews. The ride is getting quite bumping at the moment, but that is because we are evolving. The new human race that is forming is one of ‘empowered beings’ that take control of their lives and live without fear. For your inspiration, we now have the following interviews: • Agape Insitori, Founder of TrueBook.org, talks about the new social networking site he has co-created for conscious-minded people across the globe. • Peter Taams & Robert Jendayi, talk about how they are working with Europe’s No.1 events organization, to ensure that we celebrate our awakening! • Azumi Uchitani, Director of UCHITANI Consultancy, talks about Japanese culture and the importance of inner peace. • Ivor, The Founder of N.O.W., (New Optimal World) launches LimitlessNOW.com to world. Learn how the man with a plan is making peace profitable! Added to this we have useful tips on how to keep your home ‘greener’, the benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle and why home cooking is so important in the wake of the multitude of food additives! And "Who Am I?" features 'Maecenas', Glenn Westphal. And last but not least, we re-introduce the subject ‘Love, Sex and Relationships’ as we discuss the ‘Female Sexuality’ and ‘Tantric Love Making Tips’.

Tips & Advice: Tantric Love Making

T OTEM

The Phoenix Totem Phoenix: Symbol of death and rebirth It is considered to be a good omen in general, to be visited by the phoenix. It can indicate a situation in which you have felt or will feel humbled. Through experiencing humility, a wiser ‘you’ emerges. Seeing the Phoenix can be a prophecy of a difficult circumstance in the coming days. But, with the power of the Phoenix totem at your side, you will prevail over any obstacle. The Phoenix gives courage in the face of fear. This totem gives hope in the midst of despair, it helps you transform your life into something purer and brings you closer to spiritual awareness. Call upon the Phoenix for strength and renewed energy when facing trials of life. The Phoenix symbolizes the Sun, dying every night to be reborn with the dawn. The Chinese believe that the Phoenix has been sent to Earth to help the development of mankind.

TrueBook

online
 Interview
with
Agape
Insitori.

I remember watching an online news video about the bombing that was happening in North Korea. I was so shocked by what was going on, that I just started to react on FaceBook. My reactions led to a sudden Skype call with a young chap called Agape. He was very much in tune with my feelings. A few months later I spoke to him again online. This time it was to hear his story about his heart work: TrueBook.

THE INTERVIEW Richard: What is your vision? Agape: “To create a common platform for all people who seek or spread Truth and Light on this planet. The vision organically evolves, but the main focus is on creating our own place that is built for the needs of the more aware and conscious part of humanity.”

6

So what was the reason for setting up TrueBook? “Well basically a year ago, I had this thought because there are so many groups out there doing something, activism, helping others or raising some awareness. And I was thinking, why are we not working together on a common platform that actually supports these activities?” “Why are we not creating our own solutions? Why do we have to use social media with all those imposed limitations? That is actually going against spreading the truth. So I just had that thought, and the next thing came. So what do we do?” “So we first thought that it would be just some small project, where we would be connecting groups and gradually evolve that and create a social network which would basically attract all these people, who are evolved and active, and light workers.”

EEVOLUTION VOLUTION & &C CONSCIOUSNESS ONSCIOUSNESS

“Again, it gradually evolved as more people got interested and started to give ideas.” You’re a specialist in creating social network sites? “Maybe I am becoming one! But not at the beginning! I had never created a social networking site before. We will have an advanced media server that is equal or better compared to anything that is out there. We will have over 15 terabytes of data that are going to be presented on TrueBook; films, articles, e-books.” Where do you get that data? How do you categorize it? “The data is from the internet. It’s not you can’t get it from anywhere else, but it will be focused in one place. The categories are: • Alternative World Views • Science • Health • Spirituality I tend to come across people in the Netherlands who say ‘Don’t think too big!’ What do you think about dreaming? “Dream big and always upgrade your dream as you reach the peak. You always have to upgrade the peak, because when you pursue it and are getting closer to achieving it, you constantly have to upgrade that peak.” “What you are actually doing is taking your original goal as if it has happened, and thus it is a lot easier to manifest the dream it into reality.” How come so few people know about the site? “We are not doing any large promotions and marketing, we are just letting it organically grow. I could have one or two thousand people there within two days if I wanted. It would be easy. This is a testing phase, so it is better for us to have less users because it is easier to track everything that is happening on the site.” When are you planning to launch the site? “What we want is that within two months TrueBook is going to be ready. Now that is a huge job to

7

achieve, because we have to have the whole media server designed, structured and all that kind of stuff. And this has to be applied to the other parts of TrueBook as well. Currently we have the social network segment working successfully, and even that will go through changes and upgrades. So it is a big task and we will pursue everything as it evolves.” “We have one platform which is a social network, and a second platform which is the media, and a third platform which is for the projects. So we don’t want to prematurely release it only because there is a great idea that has a lot of potential. I have been very carefully about releasing something only for the sake of people getting excited!” Is TrueBook trying to compete with FaceBook? “No, that’s not true. Maybe in a year we are saying that we are starting to compete with MySpace, but our real focus is to offer services for the more aware and conscious part of humanity and not really competing in terms of social networking.” “Right now I feel that we are getting very close to offering a platform to that specific group of the world, that is better, more fun and supports spreading information as other social networks do. You can still be on the old social networks, but you can also be on TrueBook, because there is so much more for that specific group of people.” Continues…

S PIRITUALITY IN E VERYDAY L IFE

The
Office

Interview
with
Lex
den
Hartog.
Lex den Hartog is a business economist, who has spent the last 8 years working in the financial industry. Today, he works for one of the world’s leading financial management consultancies. On the outside he would seem like the type of corporate guy the world could despise, but underneath the suit there is actually a man, more in tune with himself than most monks.

BondingXperience spoke to Lex about what it was like to be spiritual in a corporate company as we tried to break through the myth that spiritual people can’t have money!

THE INTERVIEW Richard: Some people think that if you work in an office, then you can’t be spiritual. And if you are spiritual then you can’t lead a prosperous life. Is that true?

9

Lex: “People ‘perceive’ it that way because they start distinguishing life in a spiritual and nonspiritual way, but can you? For me, there is no distinction; it’s all part of me and all part of my life.” What parts are there? “The male and female part, Earth by being grounded and Heaven of course! And in all these parts I have lessons to learn. So at work I can also learn. Learning lessons or applying lessons learnt in this environment, can even be a bigger challenge then in other environments.” Yes, people can do the workshops, but when they are in their daily office lives facing issues, they can easily go back to their old ways. “Yes, it’s because they can’t deal with the change. I think part of being grounded is always to remember to take care of yourself. This comes with a sense of responsibility. For instance, when you start taking responsibility for your life, you start standing for ‘Who you are’ and for ‘What you represent’.

S PIRITUALITY IN E VERYDAY L IFE

The
Office

So does working in an office help you define who you are? “The point is that it shouldn’t matter where I am. I am just trying to be myself. So whether I am in an office environment or whether I am sitting here talking with you in my kitchen, I am just trying to be myself. So the environment is changing, but I am trying to be me.” How do you deal with materialism? “I think that spiritual books have sometimes been misinterpreted regarding materialism. They imply that you need to detach from materialism, but being detached from it doesn’t mean that you can’t have it!” “It is more about having it, but not being attached to it. It doesn’t mean that you need to live in the middle of the woods and completely go away from normal life, not at all!” But that’s changing the perspective again? “Being detached doesn’t mean that you can’t have it any more. In this life the society is the way it is. It is important to accept that society is the way it is, but be aware that striving for materialism will not bring you happiness; rather walking your inner path will!” “And you need to take care of yourself; you came here with a body and that body needs food and drink, a shelter and warmth. I also

10

think that ‘spiritual people’ sometimes try to avoid society. I think that those sorts of aversions against society can usually be found within yourself. So first I think you need to look inside of yourself, try and see what is there and see why you have an aversion against society. And why you think the corporate world can’t be there?” “Why can’t you accept it? Why is it so difficult for you as a person to be in an office environment? I have met some very inspiring people in offices and nowadays many people are meditating or doing yoga. So everything is subject to change.” Some people say ‘I want to be able work in an office where I can be my normal self. Is that possible? “Exactly, so then the question is ‘Why can’t you be yourself in the office?’ It might be more difficult of course, but that is the challenge.” How do you fit into the corporate lifestyle? Avoid
E
Numbers
Through
Home
Cooking

It’s time to start brushing up on the skills that your mother taught you as a child, because home cooking is a super way to avoid E numbers. And home cooking is very fulfilling too. As you cook, you also pour love into the food, which improves the taste and its healthiness! We recommend that you have a basic understanding of how to cook and mix ingredients together. This can be learned from your parents or from easy to follow cookbooks. Once you have mastered the basics, it’s nice to create with your feeling and enjoy the creative process. And you might even share the experience with friends, family and/or neighbours!

Keep it Fresh! Home cooking also means that you can buy your food fresh on a daily basis, and have fun exploring a local street market or visiting a specialist grocer. The joy of home cooking is that you can enjoy every moment of the creative process. You can also make your own bread; there are plenty of bread making machines on the market, that it quick and easy to create healthy and wholesome bread. And there is nothing better than the smell of warm bread in the morning with a fresh cup of cappuccino!

The Choice is Yours! Home cooking without additives brings you the freedom to eat whatever you wish to create; starters, main meals, snacks, and/or desserts. And the beauty of cooking at home is that you can choose the portion size you desire.

12

Cooking in Bulk If you think that you don’t have enough time, then we ask you to think about how valuable your body is and how long you want to enjoy it! If you think your body would appreciate fewer additives in your food, then we are sure you will find ways to make more time to have a healthier diet.

Healthy shopping list • Fresh fruit and vegetables (can be frozen) • Wholegrain pasta • Rice • Fruit juices • Milk, yoghurt, soy milk • Wholegrain bread • Herbs (fresh or dried) • Spices • Wholegrain flour for baking. • Brown sugar • Free range eggs • Beans or pulses • Whole grain cereals • Nuts • Pesto, mustard • Whole black pepper, sea salt • Extra virgin olive oil • Balsamic vinegar • Butter • Dried fruits • Fair Trade tea & coffee

One such way is to store your freshly cooked food in your freezer, so you always have food in stock and won’t be tempted to dash out for a ready meal when you run out of time.

Extra Smooth You may love ‘Smoothies’ or yoghurt drinks for breakfast. It's very simple to make at home and very healthy too. Yoghurt makers are not expensive and allow you to make yoghurt that is free from flavourings and additives. Natural yoghurt is tasty on its own, but can be sweetened by adding a teaspoon of honey or a selection of fruit.

Feeling Naughty? When you’re avoiding E numbers, you don’t have to miss out on foods such as desserts, cakes or biscuits. When we couldn’t find a Chocolate Mousse in the supermarket without E number, we went home and made our own! There are numerous health advantages for cooking at home and using natural ingredients, as well as love! So start transforming your life today and create food the healthy way!

 Step 2: REUSE

OK, we can all dream about having a Jacque Fresco home of the future, but for now we can start with what we have. With this in mind, let’s focus on the 3 R’s; Reduce, Re-Use, Recycle.

The next step is to reuse your waste. It’s an even better option than recycling, because a substantial amount of energy is being saved by not remanufacturing the product. Reusing everyday items can save you money too!

It’s important to be aware of the ordering: 1. Reduce 2. Re-Use 3. Recycle Recycling is the last option, but so many of us in today’s society focus on this solution as being the first way to have a greener life. Actually reducing what we use is the best option, followed by re-use.

Stop & Think - One Person Can Make the Difference Before you buy and dispose of something, ask yourself? Can I reduce, re-use or recycle it? Or next time you are about to throw something away or recycle it, ask yourself whether the item can be reduced in the future or if it can be reused in an innovative way. Because if you throw it away, it’s only rubbish! Disposal of waste is the final option. The majority of rubbish is disposed of in landfills (rubbish buried in the ground). It is important that we reduce the amount of rubbish buried in the ground because as it rots it produces methane gases, which need to be controlled to prevent pollution of ground water.

How can you do this in practical way? Learn more by purchasing your full version of BondingXperience today.

Step 1: REDUCE

Step 3: RECYLCE

Keep things simple. Reducing your waste is the most environmentally sustainable option and it saves you a lot of money!

Recycling is the final option. This is the reprocessing of used materials to make new and useful products. Recycling old materials such as plastic bottles, newspapers, cans and glass reduces the demand to extract from the earth, protects natural resources, reduces dependency on landfill and also saves the energy used to make new products.

Celebrate

An
exclusive
interview
with
Peter
 Taams
(left)
&
Robert
Jendayi
(far
 right).
As my life unfolds in 2011, I feel stronger in my knowing every day. Knowing that I am on the path that is my true destiny. I am meeting new enlightening and empowered people every week. Something seems to be transforming in the world, it feels like its time to start celebrating life and enjoying it after doing so much heart work! This week I met Peter Taams, Researcher & Event Consultant, and Robert Jendayi, 432-Hertz DJ/Producer, (Sound) Healer and Relationship Consultant, at a small bar in Amsterdam, on the Haarlemmerstraat.

14

As we sat and talked around the table, we became aware that we are very old Souls reuniting. This article is a record of what happened at this historic meeting. Humanity is evolving in new and unprecedented ways. Our evolution is on a turning point in human history and it’s time to start celebrating being alive! Peter holds up his bag that has a badge on it saying ‘Celebrate Life!’ We all laugh together.

THE INTERVIEW Richard: “So how are you manifesting this in the Netherlands?” Peter: “Well I have started to become aware that there is a big shift going on in how people view the world. Especially in the last couple of years, I have experienced that the shift is happening on every level. So it is not only just happening in the new age side of civilization, but also people in big companies and business are starting to wake up to new possibilities and new states of consciousness.”

Some people think that people in business are quite close-minded when it comes to spirituality. What do you think? Peter: “It is quite a shift. It’s only in the last few years that it has been starting to manifest a little bit more.” How do you manifesting?

Peter: “I am now in contact with a couple of people from a big dance organization. It is the company that does the ‘Sensation’ and ‘Defqon’ parties. So this is a major entertainment company? Peter: “Yes, in Europe it is the biggest player in the field. And they have been organizing parties for about 20 years now. Their mission was always to be ‘The King of Night Life.’ This means that in the nightlife parties they organize, they want to be the best there is! When you look at the quality of the events that they are organizing, they have certainly lived up to that vision!” “Only about two years ago, the company mission was changed from ‘The King of Night Life’ into ‘Have a Positive Impact on Human Consciousness’.

A SHIFT IN CONSCIOUSNESS That’s quite a shift!!!! Peter: “This shift comes from a couple of influential people within the company who had some epiphanies and met some

15

interesting teachers and just got a different perspective, a different view point on life.” Suddenly the girl behind the counter explains that she has to leave the building and go across the street, entrusting the café to us. “They want to move it away from a marketing money focused company to a spiritually uplifting company that has a big impact in the world.” These big metaphysical concepts can seem to be a bit far out for many people. What do you think? Peter: “We grasp really big concepts, which are at this moment still a little bit too big for people and they can’t get into it.” “But the shift is happening and that is why I am working with ‘the big event organizer’ now. On one hand the awareness of people has grown to a higher level, and on the other hand, I have grown to a place where I can grasp these really big metaphysical concepts on a level and communicate them to a larger audience. The gap is closing, in a manner of speaking.” What do you mean metaphysical concept?

by

Robert: “Ooooohh!” “That the outer world is a reflection of your inner awareness, is a metaphysical concept. People are finding this very difficult to grasp. People feel it on an inner

level, but still you can see in day-to-day life that they keep pointing to the outside for solutions. Even I do it once in a while. I am pretty aware of this though.” “People in the new age world who are very spiritual, or people who have done a lot of research, know they are being watched and monitored, they know that everything is being tapped in the Netherlands. Still these people go on mass on the Internet to social networks and share their own private lives for instance. This is a contradiction, because they know all this information about them can be used against them, but still they share it. And this sharing is still out of some need to be seen, to be recognized or to be accepted.” “There are a lot of people in the Netherlands who are waking up. They are coming into this modality that ‘people have to accept me for who I am!’ For people to accept you for who you are, you need to do something! That is the bit that people always leave out! You can be you, but people judge you on your actions.” True. It’s a bit like saying that if you have all this knowledge and you don’t apply it …” Peter: “Yes, you manifest things.”

to

Robert: “That has always been a problem of mine in the past. I talked the talk. But I was not at a point yet in my life where I could walk the walk. Each of us goes through that phase when we are talking and telling everybody what we know and what we have discovered, because we

are also looking for some kind of confirmation.” “At least, if there is just one of our peers who says: “Hey, you’ve got something there!” it empowers us to do something with it.” “People can give so much support if one of their friends becomes a famous football player. And every Saturday they will be standing there cheering them on. This is because people can connect their own identity to that of the one who is having success. They become so involved with that person that they become proud of another man’s deeds. There friend score a goal and they become so proud, although they didn’t do anything themselves. They were just standing there cheering them on!” “People find it very easy to support something like that, but when you stand up and go to your friends, and you have some blueprints for free energy and you want to work with some friends to develop it, people say: “Yeah great! Good luck!” and then they’ll just walk away.” So True! “These are life changing concepts! Also, like you know, there is this secret government and you know the only thing left for you, is to impose civil disobedience. It is a tool that we have to let the powers that WERE, know that we will no longer play the game.” Is that a bit like what Gandhi did with his non-conformist approach? “Yes, to not be involved, and

16

play a new game. Yes, people complain a lot about society and that they want things to be different. The last 70 years has proven that politics doesn’t change. It is just different people furthering the same agenda. And people start complaining about it, they want something to be done about it. So then you come with a solution, like stop paying your taxes, stop paying your health insurance. But in a more positive way it’s to start manifesting the things you are talking about with these events.

or even complaining about it. It all gives it energy which sustains it.” So what are you two giving your support to? Peter: “We are now starting to physically manifest the knowledge we have, so it can have a positive impact on the mass consciousness. Things like sacred geometry and music with healing vibrations. We are now starting to reach a point also within large organizations where we can apply these things and reach a lot of people.” Well done!

Peter: “Yes” Robert: “They go hand-inhand. If you want to create something new then you let go of the old. There is this Dutch saying “You should never throw away your shoes, until you have got new ones”. YES you should throw away your shoes before you get the new ones, because we have our two feet anyway! And by releasing something, there is space for something new to come in. So if you have all these attachments and ties, these relations with society, with how things have been done for the last 100 years, but on a deeper level you feel that this is not correct, not how it is supposed to be! This is also the whole dualistic process of getting rid of that. You can be a being of Light, Love and Awareness, but before any of that we have to be a being of TRUTH.” “Be TRUE” to yourself! And to be very honest about what it is that you are supporting in your life, by giving it your attention

Peter: “Last night Robert called me and he discovered a new word!” Robert: “Yes, Enlightainment!” Richard: “Gosh now there is a synchronicity! I’ll tell you about that one another time!” Peter: “The other day we were talking about ideas and came to the conclusion that we are all ‘walking through the Universal Mind’. And the human mind, via the sub-conscious, is connected to this universal mind. So ideas manifest through us from this universal mind. So for people to claim an idea.” Yes, it’s going against this whole idea of abundance and for everyone to share our wealth… Peter: “Yes, exactly! A couple of years ago there was a really interesting documentary that won the IDFA Award for best documentary; it was called ‘RIP, a remix manifesto’.”

It’s all about sex, physical stuff, and material stuff, while this first song was aweinspiring. It was like something swooped in and high jacked it! “You see this with more artists who started with really beautiful stuff, and in no time they are reduced.” Why do you think this is? “Being a DJ and a well known Dutch person in the nineties, I think that when you get to this position of having certain status within society, because of the entertainment that you bring people, they start putting you on a pedestal. And at the moment that happens, there are so many traps your ego can walk into.” “For instance, there are many teachers in the world who have visions, insights, and the

“I truly believe that every teacher out there who puts up articles for people to respond to, is constantly looking on the website for hours afterwards, to see what people have said! We all do it! Even the most enlightened of us! We need this rational confirmation.” “But there is a beautiful feeling when you let that go. When you just walk away from the computer and do other things for a few days.” Robert: “Yes, just walk away and let Nature do the rest! Before the mass media the only way to learn something was to be a disciple of a teacher. This no longer exists, or at least only on a very small scale. In the olden days, we all learned this way. The teacher had an apprentice. This process could take years, long-term planning and thinking. This has been completely lost in society today.” “This modality of thinking has been sustained by the whole 2012 story. Why plan anything beyond 2012? A lot of people are just sitting doing a small amount of inner work, biding their time until the great ascension comes or something.” “We had this conversation a

THE INTERVIEW Richard: “What caused a big transformation in your life?” Azumi: “Being diagnosed with a chronic illness. In 2004, living in the Netherlands, I got very ill and was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, auto immune disorder. I was suffering from sporadic internal bleeding in the intestine for almost a year, despite the medical treatment. I lost 10 kg and was scared to eat anything, as it caused me pain and sickness. The more I got to learn about the disease, the more horrified and devastated I became.” “My doctor said that I had to take medication to suppress my immune system for the rest of my life. I listened to him, but I started suffering from the side effects. My son was two years old at that time. He was the light of my life and I didn’t want to be labelled as a person with a chronic disease for the rest of my life. So I had to get out of it. It was my breakthrough period.“

Azumi Uchitani is a beautiful, elegant businesswoman and loving mother from Japan, who has lived in Europe for almost 18 years. She owns a Training Consultancy specialised in Intercultural Communications, Azumi has spoken for TED Talks, and she also has a unique members club called the “Japanese Salon” located on the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam, where you can appreciate what it’s like to be in the moment.

19

Azumi came from a traditional ‘closed’ family in Japan where her life was determined by her parents and grandparents. But through her studies she got the opportunity to travel and study in Europe. It was her chance to experience freedom and she relished the opportunity! Now settled in the Netherlands, she has a story to share about her success, it’s called “Inner Peace”.

So how did you get out of it? “I decided to get rid off the medication, as it was only suppressing my immune system. The focus for me was to get my health back. I believed I could control my body by myself, so I started to convince myself every morning and night that I was not ill and focused. I cherished other parts of my body, which were working perfectly and I went to the gym and I got a trainer. I did exercises with weights, which gave me incredible confidence again, just by lifting a weight! In just 10 minutes I was able to

achieve something and that gave a great signal to the brain!” “Eventually I succeeded in living without the medication. Doctors can easily brainwash us, so I tested him! I told him that I wanted to have another child and I wanted to stop having medication. I thought if this is really necessary, then he will say that I have to take it, but he didn’t. So then I stopped taking the medication and it took about six months to get it out of my system.”

“That happened in 2009, when I realised that people needed the Japanese experience to understand intercultural communications better. And by then, I started looking into inner peace.” What do you mean by inner peace?

And the baby? “Still waiting!” (We laugh!) “Afterwards, I was able to start working again and take on more projects on a freelance basis. And I set up my own business to

I find it important to create the inner peace in unfavourable or stressful situations, for example when I am ill or when somebody is aggressive to me. I try to practice to be in the moment and feel inner peace as much as possible.” Continues…

L OVE , S EX & R ELATIONSHIPS

Female
Sexuality

 By
Dr. Marty Klein

"Women are caught in a historical collision between the sexual values of the past and future. Religion, the media and our families are sending out contradictory messages about sexuality that are driving women crazy.

“Distrust lust; keep privates private."

your

"My mother taught me not to dress too sexy," says one dynamic woman I know, "because I shouldn't attract too much attention." For years she followed this code, even as an adult.

Consider: Today's woman is supposed to be sexy, but not too sexy. She is supposed to be responsive enough to validate her partner, but not too aggressive or hard to please. Sexual, but not lusty. Not frigid, but also not quite red-hot. Her sexuality should express love, not lust.

And how do other women react? "Close friends seem to be OK," she reports. "Casual acquaintances, or women I don't know - they seem suspicious, even resentful. Sometimes I see something in their eyes, like “oh, you're one of ‘those’ women.” And I feel myself wanting to protest – “No I'm not!” Then I think, wait, what am I saying? What am I choosing between?" "My sexuality should be more like his." Specifically, many women judge themselves with a onesize-fits-all model of arousal and response. That is why they apologize for wanting "so much" foreplay and for taking "too long" to climax. Many women don't really honor the fact that their sexuality is idiosyncratic. They may be more invested in nongenital aspects of a sexual moment than their partners. Touching, smelling, whispering and other open-ended activities are not adjuncts to the sexual experience they can be critical parts of it.

In short, she has to be sexual in just the right way, regardless of her actual feelings or needs. To conform, to be an acceptable female, she has to carefully modulate, and therefore undermine, her own sexuality. Monitoring, labeling and criticizing other women are only a few of the many ways in which women sabotage their own sexuality. Let's look at several others; do you have a voice in your head saying these or similar self-destructive things?

22

"Lately, though, I've come out of my closet," she smiles, "dressing sexier, being proud of my body, even showing off occasionally. It has been an interesting change."

E VOLUTION & C ONSCIOUSNESS

New
Optimal
World
(N.O.W.)

“People only have accidents when they are not paying attention or when there is something wrong in the machine or the system. 94% of the time there are problems with the system and not the person.”

Exclusive interview with the founder of New Optimal World (N.O.W.)

We met for lunch at the Water Mark Bar in Port Solent, near Portsmouth in England. On arrival at the Water Mark Bar, I was greeted with a warm loving hug from Ivor and his beautiful partner, Lana, from Latvia. Ivor, wearing a loose hanging white top dotted with the ‘Om’ symbol, is about seven feet tall with a big burly stomach

23

and wonderful shining smile. A few minutes later, Heather Odom arrived with Amanda Haley, a make-up artist and her husband Thor, a professional photographer and their lovely children. Thor gave me a big kiss and a hug. “It’s wonderful to meet you! We’ve heard so much about you and love what you are doing”, he said. Amanda had recently done the make-up for The Music Painter, Kilford, and thought that I should meet him. She felt that we would be great together as our art forms suited each other so well. So I thanked her and left her to make the introductions. To keep the interview short, I started by asking Ivor just one simple question…

THE INTERVIEW

Richard: “Jacque Fresco is saying that the system needs to crash in order that we can replace it with a new one. But you are saying that the whole system doesn’t have to come to an end. Why?” Ivor: “The truth is that you don’t have to come down to the bottom, you have to bring the bottom up to you. You can recalibrate the system by intelligent optimized design.” “My background is systems; systems design, system build and test, systems release and then systems looping, what we call ‘feedback loops’. Your testing is one thing, the customers testing it is another. If you miss something in your internal testing, you can’t miss it when the customer starts saying “This doesn’t work!’” “So you have to get the feedback from the actual general public, not the testers.

E VOLUTION & C ONSCIOUSNESS

New
Optimal
World
(N.O.W.)

You have to do some trials with safe people who you can trust and won’t piss you off. Suddenly the interview stops. Heather Odom who is also present, is trying to record it on her Apple MacBook. Ivor offers her some guidance. “What is important Richard, is that every single person on this planet has some basic needs. Which are water (hydration), food (nutrition), shelter and/or clothes (habitation), depending on where they live and what time of year it is. But they are going to need these three basics. Most humans. Some humans want to have a hair cut and some cut their own.”

TO SERVE “Every single time a person discovers how to find their needs and fulfill them, they are being served by whoever helped them find that. Or whoever provided that access to getting their needs supported.” “We have developed a set of systems that are deliverable today that actually allow every single person on the earth to get all their needs met.” “Basically if you think about it, there are 7 billion people looking for something all day long, which may be in the form of food, transportation, education, communication, some other kind of technology, washing their dishes or their clothes. They are looking for something, either searching for it on the web, on the phone or in the world.” “The other side is the same 7 billion people who actually have something to offer the world.

24

And they are looking for people to find what they are offering the world. The washing machine, the tumble dryer, the dishwasher, the car, the house or whatever it is that they have got. So we have built a membrane, that optimally and intelligently matches them both together.”

LEARN ANYTHING, BUY ANYTHING… “These two meet and match. And that is LimitlessNOW. It is the front door to all of our sites and systems. So we have built a maze, network of tunnels and rooms that you go into to learn anything, buy anything.” “Now your body is a system Richard. Your mind is a system. Economics is a system. It just needs optimizing. The next 10 years, is what we call ‘The Decade That Made The Difference’, from 2011 to 2020.”

20/20 VISION “At the end of that 10 years we will have accomplished certain things that we planned 35 years ago. But we are now ready to deliver and deploy. We have spent the last 35 years preparing and planning, dress rehearsing and testing systems and people for this.” “Now we are going to launch ‘lock and load’ them all and launch them to world the world on the same day Friday 11/11/11.” Why did you start planning 35 years ago? “Well because I understood

something that other people didn’t understand, which is that life is very fragile on this biosphere. Unless you have an experience like the one I had, which was an acid ingestion, you don’t know how lucky you are to have another breath! Let alone another conversation! Never mind another action! I literally had to learn to walk, again, to talk again. I lost my larynx, I lost my ability to speak and I lost most of my bodily functions and I lost the ability to walk because I had been on a hospital bed for 13 and half weeks. I had been on kidney dialysis, ventilators, intravenous food, and on top of that I had blood bags going into both arms and both legs as I was bleeding internally so much.” “I am still bleeding internally 25 years later, just a little less than I was then. Hopefully it will stop one day! But I’ve had to live with the possibility that I might die today for 25 years. Fortunately it has been a long time.”

SHARING Heather switches from videoing on her iPhone to her MacBook. She is experiencing difficulty, so both Lana and Heather work together to find a solution. Ivor offers more guidance. iMove turns out to be very easy to use and within no time at all, they’ve made the switch to the new system. They’ve upgraded just like that! Perfect! “So every single action that you are engaged in; in life, on the phone, Internet, the computer, you have got the opportunity to contribute to other people and add value. Most people come to the conversation looking for “What is in it for me? How do I

get mine? How do I provide for myself, the wife and kids or food, shelter, transportation, communication, education, roof over my head, electricity, gas, gasoline, car or the petrol?” It’s all limiting. “Yes it’s all limiting, because it is a scarcity based thinking pattern that is based on ‘it’s either me or you!’ And not ‘it’s me and you!’ Whereas abundance is a sharing based model, where the more I share with you, the more we have! If I share everything I know with you and you share everything you know with me, between us we both know more. So sharing is the model of the future. That is why we call it ‘SharingOurSolutions.com’ “There are four quarterly show cases, and they are held every solstice and every equinox. This year on 21st March 2011, was the first show case in Phoenix Arizona Biltmore, for InfusionSoft.com, which is a software company that provides web based solutions; forms, a shopping cart and a checkout, and a database management system on the back end. They only go up to about 200,000 people, so above that you need to go to another company called ‘Sales Force’ and above that you need to go to ‘InterCall’.” You say on Solstice, why? “Every single Solstice and every Equinox we hold these events. It has to do with Meta Physics, the natural rhythms and cycles of

25

the cosmos, woman and mother earth. It is totally spiritual. It has nothing to do with the tech stuff.” “LimitlessNOW has 2,500 websites and systems behind its front door. Once you are in the system you get shown how to grow and learn, stepby-step, day-by-day, hour-byhour, week-by-week.” “So instead of being on the Internet to play and pay, NOW you're on the Internet to stay, learn, grow and share! There are only three levels to our programme; Member, Mentor and Master.” “A Member is a beginner, a Mentor has been around long enough for helping beginners, and a Master has done certain things to accomplish Mastery in the system and earn an iPad an hour.”

ship an iPad an hour, gift an iPad an hour, and sponsor an iPad an hour. Every hour their system is passive, residual, reoccurring revenue, pumping out an iPad!” “Our currency is iPad2’s. That is our currency because you need this technology as a tool, and you need our skills to optimize your use of it, to earn your money instead of costing your money.”

YOU ARE LIMITLESS NOW! “With the iPad2 technology and LimitlessNow life long learning skills, you become Limitless in a market place where you are one of 7 billion people offering something, and also one of 7 billion searching for something.” So in that respect we become Creator and Consumer in one, rather than just consuming everything. “Exactly!
