Dear Readers, For
those
of
you who are new to let’s me give you a quick introduction. It is a lifestyle e-mag that I have designed and send out to my friends every quarter to share open-hearted and conscious-minded information. Having said that, it has been two years since I last published an issue, so this issue is dedicated to all the heart work I have been doing during this period of time.

In a way, this issue is an overview of my artistic lifestyle. In the last two years, I have been working very hard behind the scenes and putting all my spiritual know-how into practice through different experiences in Ibiza, the Netherlands, England, Austria and most recently Gran Canaria. At the age of 43 years old, I finally became aware that my reason for being is simply to be. In this sense, I have become a true artist. In each story, I open up and share my thoughts and feelings about the experience. It was four years ago that I decided that I really wanted to start being me and now I am finally feeling experienced enough to truly live it! I trust that by reading the stories about my life, and the path I am walking that you can get to know me a little bit better and that one-day we shall meet. And when you are ready, you can join the growing community of brothers and sisters who are being ‘Touched by Art’.
Being my true self is a lot more fun and rewarding, than trying to live up to someone else’s expectations. Firstly, I have amazingly deep, heart-centered connections with friends and in my love life. I know from experience that everything in life is connected and there are no coincidences. Everything has a deeper connection and a deeper meaning to it; all we have to do is discover what it is, how it affects us and why we are having this bonding experience? Being ‘Touched by Art’ can be many things for many people. It can be purifying, it can bring inner peace for clarity, or maybe just makes you laugh again for no reason! Some people may find it sexually healing and others may find it empowering. Whatever it is to you, it is also for me, for we are one. Thank you for wishing to be touched by art. The Stag Totem Message: The Sacred Hart
The Sacred Hart is a Totem of respect that symbolizes the strength, virility and nobility of the natural world. The figure of the sacred deer, stag or "hart" has been significant in mythologies from all around the world.
Traits: Compassion, peace, intellectual, gentle, caring, kind, subtlety, gracefulness, femininity, gentleness, innocence, and seller of adventure Deer are associated with fertility in many Native American cultures. In some Mexican tribes, the first parents of the human race were originally deer. Deer are sacred animals to many tribes of Mexico and the southwestern United States; they often play a role in creation mythology, and are believed to sacrifice themselves to feed the people, or are considered caretakers of the earth. Deer songs and deer dances are common throughout this region, with the deer frequently serving as a symbol of the people. In the Tlingit tribe of the Northwest Coast, deer symbolize peace and are associated with ambassadors.

The Golden Age has Arrived, but what is it? Firstly, it is important to bring to our awareness the fact that the most intelligent people are the most sexual people. Simply put, the energy of love is basically creative intelligence. If you cannot love, you cannot flow, you are blocked. Whilst being in-love one flows and grows. In the Golden Age of Humanity we become aware that our most important relationship is the one with our self and being in-love with our self is the key to becoming the royalty of our own reality. We donʼt need ʻthe otherʼ to feel great and overflowing with love any more! In the Golden Age, we have remembered that we can connect with the Universe by opening the Crown Chakra and connecting with the Heart Chakra we receive Divine Love from the Creator. From this powerful foundation, we can then experience the most glorious human love on Planet Earth known to humankind, in the moment. For years and years, our sexual energy has been repressed and as such our health and general well being has suffered. But today, with the release of much ancient knowledge in understandable and easy to read texts, people are being educated on how to be in-love, continuously rising and feeling spiritually connected during lovemaking. The Golden Age of Humanity is the restoration of the sexual loving human being who is willing to play, discover and explore the unknown so as to experience Heaven on Earth and feel the true power of the Creator within. The effects of Being in-love with Life A women in-love becomes a great source of inspiration; a man becomes a great inspiration. When a woman is loved she immediately becomes divinely beautiful, radiating love to everyone who she meets and she touches peopleʼs hearts with a golden energy that sparkles like magic! Her heart sings she glides through the air as if she is floating on a cloud. Worries and doubts disappear. She is graceful. Her eyes have tremendous beauty now; her face glows, she is luminous. And the same happens to the man. For human beings who are in-love become illuminated! High Performance Lovers RISE IN-LOVE People who are in love with life perform at there best. They feel grand and are pumped full of so much wonderful loving energy that just have to share it and in so

doing become inspirational in the projects and activities they invest their valuable time and energy into because they know they are co-creating heaven on earth and people who are not in love with life will recognize the difference.

It was the Dali Lama who said that the world needs more Lovers. To be able to truly love someone in the moment and enjoy it for what it is, is a beautiful gift to share as a human being.
To experience Divine Love is to know a deeper connection and to experience oneness where everything melts and flows together. To be touched with such intense love is to be fulfilled in the moment, to be overwhelmed with joy and bliss. To experience Divine Lovemaking is to totally surrender and be present in the eternal now moment. The sexual connection is deep and ignites the spark within, so life itself becomes an orgasmic experience.

Human beings who are in love have an incredible amount of patience and can focus their energy to give 100% full attention when required. This is powerful stuff! When we focus all our thoughts on living in the NOW moment and we are present with the Divine Love of the Creator, then we co-create paradise in our lives and live it. We stop thinking and making plans about creating something in the future, because we are in love and experience paradise now, so we start co-creating now! What is Divine Love? Most of us experience a love that has conditions. Sexually this type love makes people feel empty after lovemaking and people loose interest with each other quickly. But it has been designed this way by the system. Religions are aware of the sexual energy of lovemaking and repressed the energy so that people would spend
You see the Church understood that when the people believe that Heaven is in the other life, then naturally they are not interested to live it in this life.
Heaven is in this life! We just have to be open to receive in this life, the only life. The more we are open and connect with the Universe, the more we experience paradise on Earth. Only by willing to explore through our pureness of being in-love in every moment with life, can we feel the other life in this life. Then we know we are living in the Golden Age. ClubLite, Amsterdam Over the Christmas of 2013 and early part of the 2014, I started to do live energy painting at Club Lite in Amsterdam on the Jan van Galenstraat. If you go to the website, they describe the Club as being a ‘pearl amongst the pebbles’. Well it certainly does have an appeal to it and I feel that the energy of the Club has something more than most clubs in Amsterdam that is for certain!
I got introduced to Club Lite through my friend and spiritual sistar, Izabella and quickly got invited to be present giving energy painting at the Tantric Dancing party and the Supreme Lovers event. I also had the wonderful experience of finally catching up with DJ Esta Polyesta after almost a year and arranged to paint her glorious energy on the stage during a club night (see inset photo). I think that my most spiritual show was when I was invited by Lisa Bancroft to be present at the Awaken party. There was a lot of publicity about me being present for the event, but due to unforeseen reasons I was unable to attend. People still ask me today about the Awaken party, because when you Google my name, Richart LLover, it comes up in the search list. And it makes me laugh so much because I was never there! But so many people thought I was and the theme of the event was ‘Magician’! So maybe I truly am!!! The Toren, Amsterdam In January 2014, I was invited by DJ Esta Polyesta to be present at De Toren in Amsterdam to touch people with art. Whenever I am present at events, I always look deeper for the spiritual meaning and value of the location. Toren is interesting because it also means ‘Chief’. The Spiritual meaning of Toren IS: You like to control everyone within your influence, to shape things to your own liking. If positive, you develop high spirituality, as you have God's protection. You are sensitive, affectionate, imaginative and cooperative, spiritually aware and prone to self-sacrifice. You can keep secrets and are a good diplomat. You may have healing and psychic powers. You are frank, methodical and believe in order. You desire to inspire and lead. You are giving, courageous and bold, action oriented, energetic and strong willed. You want to make a difference in the world, and this attitude often attracts you to cultural interests, politics, social issues, and the cultivation of your creative talents.

Hapi Zentre:
It was way back in 2011, when I was living on Ibiza that I had a dream and it was to create a Healing & Happiness centre. So I went into action and set up an account on Kick Starter to raise the necessary funds to start building the centre. After six months of heavy promotion with friends and family, I managed to raise a grand total of $44 and after taxes and fees; I was left with only $12! But what was more important than the lack of funds, was that I had made the first step and got experience of jumping into the unknown to pursue a dream. By getting into action I overcame my fears, I had put into effect a series of events that started the manifestation process. In 2013, I developed the idea further when spending time with my dear friend Assie Passie in Eindhoven and then the project went by the name of the Church of Love. The in 2014, it became the Hapi Zen Centre was manifested on the Burgermeester Reigerstraat in Utrecht, with the support of my brother Ivo ten Broek, as a place to give ‘Touched by Art’ treatments. But this is only the first level of manifestation because all dreams keep on evolving. I’ve been holding the vision in my mind for over 3 years now and am currently meeting more conscious-minded
women who wish to help manifest the dream into a shared reality. It is interesting because it is wise women who can feel the pure energy that this project is being manifested on and understand it.
The Hapi Zentre Community I am currently working on a small community project to ultimately assist our individual unique spiritual evolution and our return to oneness. This experimental project is about living what we know in our hearts is true; it is about diversity, inner peace & harmony, sustainability, the divine and bliss. It is about having daily confrontational experiences, which test our personal faith and put our knowing into practice, so we experience evolution as a community. The motivation for being together is having the Will to Return to Oneness.

Touched by Art at INFNTI well-being lifestyle store, Amsterdam From Tuesday 22nd to Thursday 25th July 2014 I am going to be present at INFNTI-Amsterdam to do a special live energy painting experience on to canvas. You are welcome to come and watch, have a cup of tea and a nice chat and we can get to know each other better.
New Collection of Art works This collaboration with INFNTI well-being lifestyle store marks the start of a new realm of abstract energetic hand-paintings to be created by the Master Artist, Richart.
He explains, “My heart is overflowing with love and the purity of the energy has been bursting to come out of for ages. It’s going to be a powerful experience, my fingers will be dripping with colourful paint and the new paintings will be an expression of INFNTI.”

What is Touched by Art?
Firstly it is almost impossible to describe because it is totally authentic and for each person something unique and special happens to you. During the session Richart gives you a short intuitive mediation to bring you into a deep inner peaceful and relaxed state of mind. He then opens your channel, connecting you with pure loving energy in the moment. When all your energy points are open and your entire body feels like it is flowing, then he softly touches you and paints your vibrant colourful energy onto your clothing. Rules for watching When watching it is important to be conscious of your thoughts and keep them positive (to observe with love and light.) Fashion: Richart on The Cat Walk in Ibiza In June 2014, I had the grand honour to be included in the fabulous fashion show of Beatrice San Francisco at the Raco in Ibiza. To be on the red carpet painting the energy of a top model and opening the fashion show in front of hundreds of amazed on lookers was certainly another one of my dreams coming true. When I first started doing my work and painting people’s energy onto their clothing, most people didn’t get it. They used to complain if they saw paint on my clothes and I would simply reply “No, its Touched by Art”. I keep on dreaming that one day ‘Touched by Art’ will be a household name, known to millions of people and experienced too. You see ‘Touched by Art” is not just a product. It is also an experience that you will remember for the rest of your life and will most probably have a transformation affect on you too! Making the Dream Come True To make dreams come true I have become aware that you have to first really know what you want. Then you have to start fantasizing and talking about it with other people, you have to really believe that it is possible to manifest even if everyone else doubts you. As long as you believe it and you feel it is possible then it will happen. Also as you start to take steps in your life and willingly follow

opportunities that come on your path, without fear to make things happen, then you start to get a powerful knowing. As this knowing becomes stronger, so the dream becomes more real.
Also it is really important to have a couple of people who really believe in you and that you can fully trust. These people become your closed and most trusted advisors and can really make a difference to your powers of manifestation. Also you need to have a very strong Will Power to keep going because at some moments I can feel many people talking about me and I know what they are saying is not very nice. It reminds of my Mum who used to say ‘Sticks and stones may break your bones, but words will never hurt you.” Words of wisdom.
Added to that, I would say just be courageous. I’ve learned to live in the unknown, to live for months without money and just trust in the love of God to feed, clothe and keep me warm. I suppose what you give is what you get. And also speak kindly about others, and if you have nothing good to say about them, then don’t say anything at all! And lastly I always honour and thank God, who is in people, whenever I am conscious of parts of the dream coming true. I really do wish that people would stop being jealous of my life, just learn from me, you can do it too! Just have faith. So thank you Beatrice and Coco for helping to manifest my dream! I really appreciated this experience!

I know how difficult it is to be an artist and to live life from your passion. So, I have created this section for talented artists who are special in my eyes. It is more than just being a gift artist, they

have something more, they have the ‘it’ factor! So in this issue of bring your attention Elena Iskhakova from Saint Petersburg in Russia.
Creativity – the most effective school of patience and clarity. It is awesome and the only evidence of human dignity: persistent rebellion against his inheritance, persistence in futile efforts (c) Camus -In these words of famous existentialist is my vision of the creative way of man.
I loved to draw since childhood, especially landscapes. I liked nature and I tried to convey my impressions on paper as much as I could. Then I studied in art school, where I acquired academic knowledge of art. Everything seemed set for a creative future, but life offered a different path and I entered the Faculty of Economics… My abilities as an economist left much to be desired, and the shortage of creativity lead to depression. A set of circumstances pushed me towards wonderful people who unwittingly made me think about what I will leave behind as I open myself to the world. Since then, my main slogan is “don’t protest against yourself!” I began to draw and look for opportunities to express myself through creativity trying to say what cannot be conveyed in words. Most of all I like to paint on the interior walls or in streets. My style is to find the most spectacular colors. It is close to expressionism. I like to draw and feel the paint that expresses my subconscious in the moment. I like to use more saturated tones in my landscapes or make reality more abstract. In my paintings I try to imagine how the windows in a modified reality look. Such as in the series “My St. P.” I think creativity should not have boundaries of perception. Even the simplest forms carry meaning. The more we create the more we see the unusual in the usual. No matter what profession we are (an

artist, a musician, a physicist or an accountant) we always perceive our work as creative. Every year time moves faster, and time is the only thing that we lose forever. Time is movement. Therefore we cannot stand still. I realized that all I have to do is to decide what to do with the time that is given to me and by being me; I will have a positive impact on this world. For me, art is not a verbal way of communicating. This is dumb dialogue of perception of two people; the artist and the viewer. This is an attempt to shake the emotions.
We have come a long way from the fine art of rock art. At each stage images carried meaning, which was relevant for the time. Anyway we can learn about the history and the views of our ancestors. Contemporary art has mixed orientation. But it is important that the ability to feel any creativity allows us to recognize each other and become more cohesive. Finally, I will use meaningful quote William Blake, “If the doors of perception were cleansed everything would appear to man as it is, infinite. For man has closed himself up, till he sees all things through narrow chinks of his cavern”. Did you know? The Solstice & Saint Johnʼs Celebration On June 24th 2014, thousands of people all around the world celebrated. But how many people knew what we were actually celebrating? Answer - the celebration during
the Summer Solstice is before the Feast Day of St John the Baptist. The Gospel of Luke (Luke 1:36, 56–57) states that John was born about six months before Jesus, therefore the feast of John the Baptist was fixed on 24th June six months before Christmas. This feast day is one of the very few saints' days to mark the supposed anniversary of the birth, rather than the death, of the saint commemorated. John is described as having the unique practice of baptism for the forgiveness. Baptism Ceremony The Baptism was with water, signifying a transformation in which the initiate is 'reborn' into a new role. Most Christians baptize "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit", but some baptize in Jesus' name only. The term "baptism" has also been used to refer to any ceremony or experience by which a person is initiated, purified, or given a name. John baptized Jesus. Bonfires are also used during the ceremony for purification of energy and the water in the sea is said to become Holy during the Ceremony.

Sport: For Ladies & Gentlemen Fencing for me is one of those sports, which has it all. Firstly there is the tradition and the history of the sport. I mean the art of swordplay was developed in the 15th century when gunpowder had rendered armor obsolete. Skill and speed with a sword took precedence over strength. Defense became as important as attack. Styles developed in Spain, France, and Italy. Duels became tests of skill to settle a matter of honor. However, as dueling was outlawed in Europe and the US, fencing became a competitive sport with blunted tips replacing deadly points.
fighting which has been highly romanticized in our culture through books and movies of swashbuckling heroes, even James Bond had a go at fencing with Madonna! Also I love the fact that fencing keeps you fit and healthy, but you don’t have to be an athlete to play. I also love the costume and how you feel when you wear it. I always felt like a man of honour, a knight or something grand like that. It is a Gentleman’s sport and also shows that Gentlemen know how to fight, but with skill and grace. It is also very enjoyable to be sword fighting against women, I find this far more enjoyable than fighting against men actually. And because fencing is a ‘thinking’ game, women do tend to be rather good at it!

EnterPaintment Making shopping a colourful experience! When shops and stores are touched by art, everyone suddenly wakes up! In 2012, I started pioneering a new form of in-store enterpaintment in Amsterdam. It started with the H&M Clothing Store on the Leidesplein in Amsterdam, where I put on a spontaneous event with my good friend DJ Nikos Akrivos. As you can see from the photograph above, it instantly attracted a lot of attention and more and more people started coming into the shop until it was packed full!

Then in 2013, we did another shop show at the INFNTI well-being lifestyle store on the Haarlemmerdijk (169) in Amsterdam. This time I was doing energy-painting sessions for people as they stood in the shop window. As you can see, it was stopping people in the street and caused quite a sensation! This is really a great way to create a lot of hype and publicity around your business, especially when you are organizing an ‘Opening’ or a special celebration event.

Solor Sailing in Ibiza: Tales of from the Unexpected In May 2014, I decided to explore and take ‘Touched by Art’ onto the ocean waves. Working with Captain Soul Sailor, I started offering a special service for customers to experience an energetic sailing trip between the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, and then have their energy painted on the beach. We picked people up from the exotic Blue Marlin beach club; there was a grand feeling in the air from the beginning. What I loved about this adventure was that there were so many unexpected experiences that my evolutionary process was catapulted through time and space! First of all I was terrified of water and had a fear of deep water. But as the sailing boat leaned on its side at high speeds and I clasped to the railings, I had to
overcome this fear. The only way to get through it was to simply NOT think! And then I had the most unexpected experience of meeting a funny little German called Torsten. I connected with him on a very deep level, as if I knew him from my past life. During our enlightening conversations, he explained that in this time the energy of 12 disciples had returned to our planet to continue the evolutionary process. But not the energy of Jesus, as he had completed His mission. This man fascinated me and we talked for hours and hours. He really made me laugh! We came to the conclusion that I am the reincarnation of John the Baptist!!! It is funny though; I mean the similarities between baptism and being Touched by Art, funny eh? And also I have this powerful vibrating ring around my throat chakra and Saint John was beheaded. Oh well, maybe it’s just a coincidence. But no sooner had we made friends, I then received a very angry email from him and never heard from him again. I am getting used to letting people go. They will come back if they are important.

Casa Bliss Retreats In June 2014, I had the great fortune to spend a few weeks living with my dear soul sistar Coco Bliss and my brother Adal in the villa Casa Bliss in Ibiza.
It was here that I finally got to paint the magnificent heart energy of Angela Ayala Segura whom I had met the previous year. Now a year on, it was finally time for her to be touched by Art! During my stay at Casa Bliss Retreats, I had a very enjoyable time! The food was delicious and the company was grand! Waking up with Yoga every morning! And afternoon walks into town and back, taking about 30 minutes each way. It is close to the beaches and to nature. Within a moment of arriving, I was having a loverly conversation with Belinda Clarke and we could instantly feel that the energy was resonating on a more pure level than since when we last met. It was also beautiful to meet with Ilona and have the time to thank her for her guidance and support. It was an hounour to stay with her for a few days in the Buddha House when I first visited the island and really get to know her and her family. It gave me a wonderful impression of true nature of this island. But coming back to the present day, I found a perfect spot under a tree on one of the comfy double beds and fell asleep in the warmth of the rising sun. That was when it all started to happen!! I met so many wonderful people who wanted to come and sit on the bed with me!! So just by sitting on the love-bed I met the following loverly people and we gave

A cup of Earl Grey 'as good as statins' at fighting heart disease, study finds Scientists believe bergamot, a key ingredient in Earl Grey tea, can significantly lower cholesterol. Drinking Earl Grey tea could help guard against heart disease, it has emerged, after a study found that bergamot extract - a key ingredient in the hot drink - is just as effective as statins at controlling cholesterol. Scientists believe bergamot, a fragrant Mediterranean citrus fruit which gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive flavour, can significantly lower cholesterol. They say it contains enzymes known as HMGF (hydroxy methyl glutaryl flavonones) which can attack proteins in the body known to cause heart disease. The study found bergamot could even be as effective as statins, used to control cholesterol but which can have side effects in patients. Researchers from Italy's University of Calabria, writing for the Journal of Functional Foods, used concentrations of HMGF on the proteins which cause heart disease and 'bad' cholesterol. They then compared the effects with that of statins used to treat the same proteins and found the bergamot extract with HMGF worked just as well. Not only did it reduce levels of LDL – socalled 'bad cholesterol' which leads to
heart disease – but also increased HDL, which doctors call 'good cholesterol'. Citrus foods have long been part of the famed 'Mediterranean diet’, which has been hailed as one of the best ways to avoid heart disease – the biggest killer in the Western world. The journal's report said: "High cholesterol is a common health concern for us all and often statins are given to help treat the condition. "Extract from bergamot – most commonly used in Earl Grey tea – reduced total cholesterol, and LDL levels but there was an increase in HDL levels (good cholesterol). "Therefore a daily supplement of bergamot fruit extract could be very effective for the treatment of high cholesterol." Bergamot has long been used in traditional 'folk' medicines in the Mediterranean not only as a protection for the heart but also to treat wounds, inflammation and as an antiseptic. The extracts have even been used in jams, ice cream and perfumes in the region, said the researchers. A 2012 study by the University of Cantanzaro in Italy, found Bergamot could help you lose weight and protect against diabetes. It also comes in tablet form as a food supplement and is known as BergaMet. Given as a 1000mg tablet to be taken before meals it also reduced blood sugars by 22 per cent and raised 'good' cholesterol by 41 per cent. BergaMet blocks the same enzyme

responsible for cholesterol production as statins, but works at a different place on the enzyme, meaning it does not appear to have side effects in the muscles and the liver. However, a new study has found that statins could have ohter medical benefits. Researchers at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in the US found the popular cholesterol-lowering drugs may offer added benefit for men with erectile dysfunction. It is thought the statins may work to improve erectile function by helping blood vessels dilate properly and improving vascular blood flow to the penis, which is often restricted in men with erectile dysfunction.

Patrons: A Visionary Artist To be a pure artist as I am, is to totally sacrifice everything in your life to live what you know in your heart is your truth. It is the only way to be. I think that this is not a way of life that most people can live, because it means that 70% of the time I am living without money. Some people may find it difficult to imagine that this is possible. I am literary living on pure love and every once in a while someone feels touched or inspired by my work and agrees to share some cool energy points with me, which means I can travel, choose what I wish to eat and drink, and pay off any people whom I am in debt to. For example, after three years of not being able to see properly, I finally got a pair of glasses and of course shops don’t take pure love, yet! So I am paying in installments, but at least I can see now! You see, the work that I am doing is more of a ‘Calling’ than a profession or a
career, which means that my Patrons are very, very important to me. Simply put, you keep me alive!
Who Are Patrons? Patrons are people who can see me for who I am, without judgment. You are people who support the mission, which I am living for the greater good. Most Patrons support by giving me a place to stay and food to eat whilst I do my heart energy work, like my dear friend Pavlina in Gran Canaria, Chetan in Austria, Jeanette in the Netherlands and Anna in Italy, and so many more for whom I am truly grateful! Without Patrons, I simply would not be able to continue doing ‘The Work’, so I am very grateful and happy for all your love and support. It is Divine Love, That watches without fear, Embracing the unknown, Like a young child. It is Divine Love, That reaches inside, To touch the heart, Expressing the rainbow, In a painting that hangs above the bar. It is Divine Love, That dips into the honey jar, And shares it’s deliciousness, With the other bees. It is Divine Love that inspires me to be free, For with each turn of the key, There is a powerful feeling, As if we are all coming together.
In this spiral, the love flows forever and ever. For it is in the moment of Creation, That this idea came into pure Being. And it’s through you, we can see, Divine Love. As God intended it to Be.
