Season 2021 Awards Unfortunately, with the impact COVID-19 once again had on the Junior League season, the Committee resolved that the only award’s that could be presented fairly on their merits for the 2021 season were the Leo Randle Award and our newest award, the ‘First National Daystar’ Trainer of the Year Award. Therefore, as noted below, all other Association awards will be recorded as ‘not awarded for Season 2021’ in the Association records LEO RANDLE AWARD The Leo Randle Award is considered an extremely prestigious award within our Association. Named after former Life Member and President, Leo Randle, this award is presented to a member who has shown considerable commitment and dedication towards the Association over a minimum period of 25 years. This award is chosen by the Committee each year.
