The pipe is used for delivering the cold water from the ground to the solar hot water system.

Narrative Script Stage 1 There are many things need to be done before actually start to built the house such as disconnect every service like electricity, gas and water. And then demolish the original house and recycle every material can be resold or recycle. Meanwhile, the traffic management of the site during the demolish period is crucial. Furthermore, The foundation trenches was excavated by the excavator and the plumber excavates trenches for installing pipe system such as sewage, stormwater and portable water.

Stage 2 The compacted sand will place on the top of the foundation trench to prevent the unstable caused by the gap from the low density of soil. The vapor barrier sits over the trenches and compacted sand to avoid water penetration. Moreover, the bar chair support the steel mesh stand over the trenches to spread the load from the above structure evenly to the ground. Then, the concrete truck will pour the concrete over. The builder uses the tool such as the vibrator to eliminating the oxygen bubble out of the concrete and the trowel to make the concrete flat. Since then the reinforcing concrete slab is finished.

Stage 3 Move on to the third stage which is about the preparation of the ground floor framing.

The steel column sit on the rebate which is a rectangular gap of the concrete slab. And the packer is used for adjusting the steel column to the right level. The bolts was hammered in to the rebate and the steel column sits on the and the bolts go through the hole of the bearing plate of the steel beam and tied up by nut. When finishing connect each members of the stud wall, the builder will push it up and uses nail gun shoot the concrete nail through the bottom plate to the concrete slab. While the steel bracing will also required to install to resist the lateral movement of the timber stud wall system. Moreover the fire stop wall is installed adjacent to the building of the neighbor. The fire stop paper inside of the fire stop wall has ability to slow down the fire spread speed.
