POEM Choco the bear was very sweet But she hated the summer heat
So she searched for a place to rest When she found Torty’s nest The sand was full of eggs she saw And then a giant lion’s paw Confused she said “What is this?” When Leo the Lion said that it was his! “No way!” said Choco “it can’t be!” “Do you see a fool in me?” Then Greg the elephant came in And said, “Choco listen!”
“It doesn’t matter whose eggs these are They are too precious and dear! We must all take care of it And ensure we do our little bit To take care of the little ones While Torty’s away from his daughters and sons” Then Monty the mouse blew his horn And all praised the Lion For helping Torty, the tortoise in the hour of need, He was the king of the jungle indeed!
All young ones require protection.
