Location Brambleton Community Association is a large-scale, master homeowners association for the Brambleton community, located in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Population Brambleton encompasses more than 2,000 acres, is currently home to over 4,500 households or approximately 17,000 residents, and will grow to nearly 9,000 single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums.

Connect with the Brambleton Community The Brambleton Community Association self-publishes a visually rich and engaging quarterly magazine which is mailed to all Brambleton residents and published digitally. In addition, the magazine is archived on the Association website (www.brambletonhoa.com), and printed copies are available at the Welcome Center located in the Brambleton Town Center as well as the BCA management office.

As a service to our new residents, the Brambleton Community Association developed a New Resident Handbook. The handbook is designed to provide an overview of the community and an easy-to-use reference guide with answers to essential questions pertaining to Brambleton and its Homeowners Association.

Brambleton’s most popular events, including our patriotic celebration in late June known as Red White & BRAM, the Sizzlin Summer Concert Series held on alternating Thursdays throughout the summer season, our celebration of local craft beer at Brew Fest, and our Fall Fest, are very well known throughout Loudoun County and draw attendees from surrounding communities. We also welcome sponsorship for our smaller events, starting at $250. These are usually geared toward a specific target market such as the Bramble-Bunny Egg Hunt, which is focused on elementary aged children, or Comedy Night, which is for adults only. BCA SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT 1. For all sponsored events, Brambleton Community Association will continue to be responsible for the management of all functions and will handle all arrangements with other suppliers as necessary. Brambleton Community Association will work with sponsors to coordinate your sponsored function. 2. All sponsors must submit a current company logo and company description no later than 45 days prior to the event. The logo may be submitted in camera-ready printed form or in an electronic format (.jpeg and .eps formats are best). The logos shall remain at all times the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the sponsor company; and shall be used by Brambleton Community Association in a professional manner to signify the sponsorâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s support of Brambleton 2016 Events, and shall not be revised or altered in any way by Brambleton Community Association without permission. Use of the logos shall create no rights for Brambleton Community Association beyond the terms and conditions of this limited license. Company logo and company description should be sent to Dana Vinci at events@brambleton.org. 3. A 50% deposit is required at the signing of this agreement and is non-refundable. Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to Brambleton Community Association at least 30 days prior to the event. The remaining balance of the sponsorship fee is also due in full no later than 30 days prior to the event. 4. Brambleton Community Association will invoice you upon receiving your agreement. Please email events@brambleton.org if you need to make a special payment agreement. 5. Brambleton Community Association reserves the right to decline any sponsorship opportunities for any reason (i.e. level exclusivity, if applicable; previous sponsorship commitment not met, etc.) AGREEMENT We hereby apply to become a yearly sponsor for Brambleton 2018 Events.
