Welcome Cristina Babilonia to the RE/MAX Elite Family! Cristina has been a Brevard county resident since 2002 shortly after marrying her high school sweetheart. She attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a B.S. in Health Services Administration in 2007. Cristina is on the Board of Directors of Miles of Love, a non profit organization dedicated to helping local Brevard County families with children battling life threatening illnesses. Her family is very involved with the Ascension Church Community. She is grateful for the peaceful lifestyle Brevard County has to offer and blessed to be able to raise her four daughters here in Brevard. She enjoys visiting our beautiful beaches, dancing, reading, and teaching Zumba at the Suntree YMCA. Q: Why did you choose to be a Real Estate agent with RE/MAX Elite? A: After reviewing our list of needs in a brokerage, Elite was the obvious choice, plenty of support without the interference with my business I had experienced at other brokerages. Q: What do you think is the best thing about living in Brevard County Florida? A: This is my hometown so beyond the obvious answer of proximity of family the plethora of outdoor activities we can experience as a family rate highly. Q: Tell us about your favorite experience with one of your clients. A: My six year customer! They wanted to list their home just after the market was crashing and I advised them to wait a bit to see what happened, six years later I was able to list and sell their home and find a new one for them. Q: Tell us about your favorite charity or volunteer experience. A: I enjoy working with the kids at our local gun club. You can literally see the change in attitude after lessons on safety and responsibility, something many adults are sorely lacking. Q: Have you traveled outside the United States? A: Sailed the Caribbean for three years, met many wonderful people and was able to dive just about every island along the way. Have a few tall tales that keep growing as well. Q: What is your favorite sport? A: Water sports in general but scuba diving/spear fishing tops the list.
Q: What is the most surprising thing to happen to you recently? A: Watching my daughter grow and change on a daily basis, she is full of surprises! BrevardElite.com

Jumbo loans with 10% down payment

Jumbo loans are loan amounts that are $417,001 or more (if the loan is $417,000 or less it is called a “conforming” conventional loan and will be sold to either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac).
