She worked with a National Construction firm doing site development and heavy highway construction throughout Brevard County and Central Florida for the last twenty-five years. This exposure to the area, government agencies as well as private developers has enhanced her Real Estate experience. Pam works primarily on our REO’s (bankowned properties). Working closely with the banks, Pam monitors the property from the moment the bank assigns to the property to our group until it is sold. Chantal Conklin, Realtor: Chantal was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and is fluent in both French and English. In 2002, her husband's job transfer brought her to Brevard County. She became a real estate investor and manages several investment properties. Chantal has worked as a full-time realtor since 2004. Her dedication and caring nature are reflected in the way she cares for all her clients from the initial meeting to the closing of their property. Karey Carlton, Realtor/Buyers Specialist: Karey was born in Miami Florida and began her Real Estate career in 2002 in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.
