P ROJE C T D E SC R I P T I O N A conceptual project for a client exploring the possibilities for a future business model, SM+P was given the parameters of a 1.5 acre site and 6,000sf building. The challenge was to create an original, millennial-driven design, focusing on a Retail/Food/Fuel experience. The main building is intended to serve as a marketplace which provides a combination of fresh food options, as well as made-to-order meals for convenience on-the-go. Communal gathering spaces, both inside and out help to break down the stigma of gas stations being pass-through spaces, creating a cleaner and more personalized experience.
