400g boiron banana puree 500g boiron passion fruit puree 350ml water 400g caster sugar 50g trimoline

Measure all the ingredients into the Thermomix jug, blend on high speed for one minute. Pour directly into pacojet beakers. Freeze 24 hours to -22째C. Churn required portions at a time.
