Get ready for the Big Win @ Broward County Library! Join the 2016 Summer Learning Program! Summer@yourlibrary You can win big by reading and learning all summer long! June 1 – August 20 Readers of all ages will explore all things sports and reach reading goals this summer at Broward County Public Library’s 2016 Summer Learning Program. The 2016 Summer Learning Program is open to the entire family, preschool through adult, with programs, interactive games, prize drawings, and more. The Broward County Library (BCL) Big Win! Summer Learning for Mind! Body! Heart! Summer Learning Program (SLP) will encourage participants to “go for the gold” in Mind, Body and Heart with a “whole body” approach to increasing learning outcomes. Inspired by the 2016 Summer Olympians, the Big Win! program maintains that youth and adults must use a combination of the Mind (reading and learning activities, including body science), the Body (physical activities, and nutritional sessions), and the Heart (goal-setting activities) to achieve the best outcomes for their lives. Register for the Summer Learning program directly online (add link) or at your favorite Broward County Library and enter to win prizes and rewards. But the program is about more than just prizes; the Summer Learning Program also includes a summer full of free programs, learning activities, fitness events, computer classes, physical challenges, coding hackathons, science and engineering experiments, healthy cooking demonstrations, entertaining shows and more. There are four summer learning categories: Preschool, Children, Teen and Adult. Each category has specific goals and prizes for their age group. Every age can join and win spectacular prizes! Step Four: Input all of your information online (on your own, or with a librarian) to be eligible for grand prizes. Step Five: Win regular weekly prizes and receive an entry form for weekly grand prizes. Remember to enter your information online to win Big Win! grand prizes each time you reach a goal!
