A ni m al Wel fa re Year 3 were very lucky to have a talk from the Animal Welfare Shelter, who visited BSA to collect 100₏ that had been raised by pupils in secondary. They were introduced to a puppy that had only been found 2 days previously in a bag in a rubbish bin. The talk included information on how to look after your pet and the work the shelter does to care for abandoned animals. Year 3 have decided to run a competition to find a name for the puppy. By donating 50cents they can enter their suggested name and the winning name will be given to the puppy. Not only will we be finding a name for the puppy but we will also be raising some money to help care for it.
