Minutes for November 11th! Call to Order: 8:00pm Introduction:

Thank you all for continuing to come to our weekly meetings! We appreciate any and all the time you put into our club.

Past Events: • NYPIRG: Food Drive o Thank you Cris, Steven, and Gabby for attending! • November Bake Sale Upcoming Events: Want to do any of the upcoming events? Sign up in our emails! Not getting the emails? Talk to an e-board member or email circlek@binghamtonsa.org!

NYPIRG: Food Drive o November 16th at 12pm o NYPIRG is partaking in a Hunger and Homelessness campaign that involves them working to find solutions to end hunger in Binghamton. We will be meeting NYPIRG and other volunteers at the Couper Administration building on November 9th at 12pm and November 16th at 12pm. From there, we will be going to West Vestal to distribute bags to households (November 9th) and picking them up (November 16th). Blaze Fundraiser o Come support Circle K at our Blaze Pizza Fundraiser on Sunday, November 24th from 6pm to 9pm at 3714 Vestal Parkway! Spread the word by sharing the flyer in the email and Groupme! Letters to Santa-thon o Monday, December 2nd from 12pm - 6pm in the Mandela Room & Old Union Hall o Wishmakers on Campus and PIKE will be hosting their sixth annual Letters to Santa-thon at which we will be writing "letters to Santa" at our table. Wishmakers will then deliver the letters to Macy's, which will donate $2 for each letter to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. There will be holiday music, free hot chocolate and cookies, as well as a capella group performances and raffles! Sign up in email! Service Fair o Service Fair - Southern Tier November Divisional o Sat., 11/16 - 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM o Tift Lounge @ Elmira College, Elmira, NY o Come to this divisional to meet Circle K'ers from across our division (Binghamton, Corning, Elmira, and Ithaca areas), learn more about the service initiatives and other projects going on at the state level of NY Circle K, and partake in a service fair where you get to do a variety of hands-on service projects related to those initiatives! This is an opportunity to learn about and contribute to the collective impact our organization has on New York state as a whole. o RSVP by November 13th (link will be included in next week’s email)

Upcoming we have a visit from the Fleishman Center and Letters to Santa-thon Service with Mary o Girls Love Mail! Letters to newly diagnosed Breast Cancer patients
