A forest experiment station for California was assureci pf $e recent signing of the Department of Agriculture bill by President Coolidge, according to announcement from the United States Forest Service headquarters in San Francisco. C_ongress appropriated $30,000 for this purpose for the fiscal year beginning July 1. It is expectia ihat the headquarters of the new stati,on will be located in the San Francisco Bay region.
