Dear Readers,

Dozvolite da vas provedem kroz novo, sedmo, izdanje magazina o lepoti luksuza i prestiža. I u ovom broju bavili smo se životnim stilom iz različitih uglova. Poslovanje smo obuhvatili kroz investicije, sajmove i neizostavne nagrade. Neki od najuspešnijih predstavnika biznisa iz auto industrije donose nam teme koje nas pokreću, tri auto premijere, od kojih jednoj u potpisu stoji Wraith.

Let us lead you through the new seventh edition of our magazine dedicated to the beauty of luxury and prestige. In this issue as well we have explored the lifestyle from different perspectives. The topic of business was dealt with through investments, trade fairs and awards that are indispensable part of it. Some of the most successful business representatives from the automotive industry have graced us with engaging news, such as three automobile premieres, one of which was Wraith.

We've been able to witness the success of Luštica Bay’s summer events, such as the amazing concert of the famous Montenegrin classical guitarist Miloš Karadaglić and his friends. Audi Q2 je pobednik takmičenja za najbolji automobilski brend: kompaktni SUV je osvojio priznanje „Najbolji od najboljih“ u kategoriji eksterijer premijum brendova. Ceremonija dodele nagrada će se održati u Parizu 29. septembra, 2016. godine.

Višeugaoni dizajn novog modela Audi Q2 obogaćuje formalni jezik brenda novim aspektima. Prednjim delom vozila dominira visoko postavljena osmougaona jednodelna maska hladnjaka. Konstrukcija maske je varijacija na temu višeugaonog dizajna, kao što je slučaj i sa dva velika uvodnika za vazduh sa naglašenim konturama. Zadnji deo vozila završava se aerodinamički, sa dugim krovnim spojlerom i difuzorom koji ima izgled zaštitnog elementa donjeg dela karoserije.

Poigravanjem sa višeugaonim oblicima postignuti su atraktivni efekti i na bočnim stranama ovog vozila. Ispod prozora, oštro izvedena ramena linija deli se na dve konture, jedna iznad druge. One uokviruju konkavnu površinu sa šest uglova. Ovakav oblik bokova stavlja u prvi plan točkove a time i quattro karakter ovog kompaktnog SUV vozila. „S modelom Audi Q2 razvili smo izrazito geometrijski jezik forme sa

posebnim dizajnerskim karakteristikama koje su specifične za ovaj model“, objašnjava Mark Lihte, šef odeljenja za dizajn kompanije Audi. „Kao rezultat toga, ovaj automobil odlikuje nezavisni duh unutar porodice Q vozila.“ Pored nagrade za novi model Q2, Audi je takođe trijumfovao i u još devet kategorija: Ova marka premijum automobila proglašena je "pobednikom", između ostalog, i za OLED zadnja svetla na modelu Audi TT RS (kategorija delova i opreme), za njegovu virtuelnu tehničku komunikaciju (kategorija korporativnog izdavaštva) i za marketinško predstavljanje modela Audi A4 na nacionalnom tržištu (kategorija manifestacija).

The polygonal design of the new Audi Q2 adds new facets to the brand’s form language. The octagonal Singleframe grille positioned up high defines the front end. The structure of the grille is a variation on the polygon theme, as are the two large, strongly contoured air inlets. The rear end terminates dynamically with a long roof edge spoiler and a diffuser that has an underbody-protection look.

The play of polygonal shapes also creates attractive effects on the flanks of the Q2. Below the windows, the sharply drawn shoulder line divides into two contours, one above the other. They frame a concave surface with six corners. The concave shape of the flanks emphasizes the wheels and with them the quattro character of the compact SUV. “In the Audi Q2 we have developed a distinctively geometric formal language with special design characteristics specific to this model,” said Audi Head of Design Marc Lichte. “As a result the car exhibits an independent character within the Q family.” In addition to the prize for the new Q2, Audi prevailed in nine other categories: The premium car brand was declared the “Winner” for, among other things, the OLED rear lights in the Audi TT RS* (Parts & Accessories category), for its virtual technical communication (Corporate Publishing category) and for the nationwide market introduction of the Audi A4 (Events category).

The Audi Q2* is a winner in the Automotive Brand Contest: The compact SUV captured “Best of the Best” honors in the Exterior Premium Brand category. The award ceremony will be held in Paris on September 29, 2016.

Ever since it was founded in 1916, the BMW Group has played an important role in shaping the future of mobility. It has done so by constantly reinventing itself, evolving from an aircraft engine manufacturer to a motorcycle producer and then a carmaker. Today the BMW Group encompasses the BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad and Rolls-Royce brands, as well as a large number of mobility services and BMW Financial Services. Throughout its history the company has placed its sights firmly on the future and this has become embedded in the BMW Group’s DNA. On opening the coach doors, the mysterious aura of twilight, so appreciated by the Costa Smeralda’s glamourous denizens, is depicted using shades of blue, purple, slate and black, bestowing the feeling of calm as night falls. The use of ostrich leather adds depth and texture to the exquisitely furnished cabin. In stark contrast, Dawn has been specified to capture the vibrancy and vivid colour of the Porto Cervo seascape. A unique emerald green exterior is offset against a distinct seashell and green leather interior. Open-pore teak encapsulates the occupants, alluding to the elegant sensation of a marine sojourn.

Inspired by the ancient tradition of spa purification, guests will also indulge in the Terme di Salsomaggiore Lissagio, a typically Italian spa experience exclusive to Aman Venice. The salted waters from the spa town of Salsomaggiore, known as ‘white gold’ in Roman times, stem from the residue of a prehistoric sea formed 20 to 40 million years ago. These fossil waters were once used to treat a multitude of diseases and ailments and are now considered one of the most important Italian and European thermal stations in Europe. Combining the exfoliating, lymph-draining, and detoxifying action of Salsomaggiore mineral-rich thermal salt, the treatment uses a mixture of pure bentonite clays and fossil waters derived from northern Italy and known for their revitalising abilities. The retreat will incorporate one private movement session per guest as well as daily group movement sessions which will include holistic exercise techniques using the individual’s own body weight to improvement alignment and balance, naturally eliminating the underlying causes of pain and physical limitation. Daily guided art walks with an expert will explore Venice’s art legacy, taking in the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Academia Galleries and more.

t the dawn of the 19th century, Edouard Bovet took the decorative arts – and miniature enamelling in particular – to new heights, establishing the standards of Swiss watchmaking in the process. In accordance with the conventions of the time, he employed the best watchmakers in the Valde-Travers and entrusted the case decoration to the enamellers whose workshops were located in Geneva. The greatest artists of this golden age continue to contribute today to the reputation of BOVET 1822 timepieces.

The first accomplishments of this collection focus around 2 themes. The Horsemen of the Apocalypse for the men’s timepieces while for women the inspiration comes from nature with mainly floral themes. Ilgiz F.‘s exceptional talent in all disciplines and techniques of jewellery combined with the excellency that characterises the BOVET timepieces reaches such heights that the Kremlin Museums have decided to open its doors for a unique exhibit. It is the first solo exhibition of contemporary Russian jeweller in Moscow Kremlin Museums since Pierre-Karl Fabergé in 1917 and some of the BOVET timepieces arising from this partnership will be exhibited.

The Grande Cosmopolite Tourbillon is designed for the world traveller who wishes to keep track of both the home time and the destination time while travelling. The home time remains an unchanging point of reference and is presented at 6 o’clock on a dedicated 24-hour dial with a day/night indicator. The destination time appears at the centre of the main dial and tracks the local time at a given location away from home. To begin using this exceptional timepiece, the owner first sets the hour and minute of the home time, which is followed by the synchronization of the home and destination times.

Possible changes of the time zones will not cause a problem for the master watchmakers and construction engineers at Glashütte Original in the near future. To the contrary, as a service to its customers, the Saxon watch manufactory will gladly exchange the city ring should there be a change to the time zones in the future. A special personalization is offered to the proud owner who can have his home town – in the form of an IATA code – printed on the city ring.

Vitni torba koju je dizajnirala arhitektonska radionica Renca Pjana SEZONA JESEN – ZIMA 2016. Vitni torba, predstavljena po prvi put u aprilu 2015. godine u čast Vitni muzeja američke umetnosti izmeštenog na novu lokaciju u njujorški Mitpeking distrikt i koja je nastala u saradnji sa arhitektonskom radionicom Renca Pjana – sada je stvarno postala kultni modni detalj i za predstojeću zimu lansiraće se serija u novim bojama. Izrađena je od najkvalitetnije kože, a prepoznatljivo obeležje Vitni torbe – kao i arhitekture samog muzeja – jeste elegantna površina sa naglašenim rebrastim detaljima koji postepeno prelaze u tanke linije. Ovi grafički elementi direktno su inspirisani lamelarnim izgledom fasade novog Vitni muzeja. The Sintesi lighting creations stand out with their slender, elegant silhouettes. Their contemporary design is combined with technical finesse and outstanding functionality. The modular systems from Occhio have a distinctive design feature: Each luminaire has one head that can be attached to different bodies. A high-precision light guide directs the LED light to ensure it is evenly distributed. The light can be switched and dimmed by gesture control directly at the luminaire head. “The Sintesi concepts are embodiments of the interdisciplinary design standards at Audi, which go far beyond the realm of the automobile,” says André Georgi, Head of Audi Industrial Design.

F

rom the early 1980’s, Guillermo Forchino experiments with various materials to create works of art in volume. This research began at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Rosario, Argentina and then continued with three years of studies in art restoration and conservation at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France. During his studies he discovered and mastered classic techniques and materials. After completing his studies in Paris, he returned to Argentina where he directed the Juan B. Castagnino atelier of art restoration for the Museum of Beaux-Arts of Rosario. It was during this period that Forchino began creating figures made from wrapped bands of cloth where the visible parts of the body (head and hands) were made from wax and paper maché colored with natural pigments. At the end of the 1980’s, Forchino chose poly resins to create figures and scenes that resemble the world of comic strip and cartoon characters. They are typically unusual and humorous subjects such as a family leaving on vacation in an overloaded car with flat tires or a tired, old American pick-up truck from the 1950’s. He has used other modes of transportation such as boats, planes and motorcycles and has even used a bathtub for a military dictator. His characters are always handled with humor and finesse and given a soul. Guillermo Forchino lives and works in Paris in his workshop two steps away from the Père Lachaise cemetery. The Comic Art of Guillermo Forchino is now available for a larger group of art lovers in the form of limited edition, numbered series.

d ranih 1980-ih godina Giljermo Forcino eksperimentiše sa raznim materijalima kako bi stvorio trodimenzionalna umetička dela. Ovo istraživanje je započeo u Školi lepih umetnosti u Rozariju, u Argentini, a posle je nastavio sa trogodišnjim studijama restauracije i konzervacije umetnina na Univerzitetu Sorbona u Parizu, u Francuskoj. Tokom svojih studija otkrio je i savladao klasične tehnike i materijale. Po završetku studija u Parizu, vratio se u Argentinu gde je bio upravnik ateljea za restauraciju umetnina Huan B. Kastanjino pri Muzeju lepih umetnosti u Rozariju. Tokom tog perioda Forcino je počeo da stvara figure od smotuljaka tračica tkanine kod kojih su vidljivi delovi tela (glava i ruke) bili napravljeni od voska i kaširanog papira obojenih prirodnim bojama. Krajem 1980-ih godina Forcino je odabrao sintetičke smole za stvaranje figura i scena koje podsećaju na likove iz sveta stripova i crtanih filmova. To su najčešće neobične i smešne teme kao što je porodica koja odlazi na godišnji odmor u pretovarenom automobilu sa izduvanim gumama ili stari, umorni američki dostavni kamionet iz 1950-ih. Koristio je i druga prevozna sredstva, kao što su čamci, avioni i motocikli, a čak je koristio i kadu za vojnog diktatora. Prema svojim likovima se uvek ophodio sa dozom humora i nežnosti, darivajući im dušu. Giljermo Forcino živi i radi u Parizu u svojoj radionici koja je na dva koraka od groblja Per Lašez. Stripovska umetnost Giljerma Forcina sada je dostupna širem krugu ljubitelja umetnosti u verziji ograničenog izdanja, numerisane serije.

"VELIKI GAZDA" Pre tri godine, tokom erupcije čuvenog islandskog vulkana, ogromna površina zemlje u posedu Izvršnog direktora Ričarda Džona Goldsilvera, bila je pokrivena sa 30 cm pepela što ga je dovelo na rub propasti. Nemali broj njih je pomislio da je to kraj njegovog carstva , ali nisu uzeli u obzir njegovu domišljatost i smisao za posao. On se odlično dosetio da pepeo upakuje u vreće i prodaje ga kao visoko-kvalitetan prah za poliranje metala, ali takođe i mešajući ga sa bademovim uljem, napravio je kremu koja je bila efikasna u toniranju kože i otklanjanju bora. Njegovo bogatstvo se uvećalo pet puta. I to nije sve, on strpljivo čeka sledeću erupciju.

Three years ago, when the famous Icelandic volcano erupted, the immense spread of land owned by Chief Executive Officer Richard John Goldsilver was covered by 30 cm of ashes which drove the man to the brink of bankruptcy. More than a few thought that it was the end to his empire, but that was not counting on the perspicacity and business acumen of the chief executive. He had the good idea to put the ashes into sacs and sell them as a high quality powder to polish metals, but also in mixing them with almond oil, he made a cream that was effective in toning skin and eliminating wrinkles. His fortune was multiplied by five. And that’s not all; he is patiently waiting for the next eruption.

"MALI BISER" Dante je bio vrhunski prodavac. Mogao je da proda frižidere Eskimima i šampon ćelavom čoveku, bio je ponosan što je jednom prodao pesak arapskom šeiku. Šest meseci po otvaranju prodajnog salona polovnih automobila posao je cvetao. Kada je napunio 50 godina, odlučio je da promeni svoj izgled. Kosu i brkove je ofarbao u crno, zift crno, a manikir mu je sredio ruke i nokte. Promenio je svoju garderobu prešavši na karirane prsluke, košulje sa vezom i cipele od krokodilske kože. Sve bi bilo sjajno da nije bilo nekoliko kupaca koji su smatrali da su prevareni. Jedan mu je izbio zub jakim desnim krošeom. Dante se nije mnogo potresao već je otišao zubaru da mu na to mesto ugradi zlatan zub. Sada, ne samo da misli da ima bolji osmeh, već i da ima mnogo više stila što ga čini neodoljivim kod žena.

As a salesman, Dante was an ace. He could sell refrigerators to Eskimos and shampoo to a bald person, he was proud of having sold sand to an Arab sheikh. Six months after opening his used car business profits were booming. When he reached 50 years old, he decided to change his look. He dyed his hair and mustache black, a rich jet black, the manicurist did his hands and nails. He changed his wardrobe to checked vests, embroidered shirts and crocodile shoes. Everything would have been great if it weren’t for a few buyers who felt ripped off. One broke his tooth with a tremendous right cross. Dante wasn’t even bothered and went to the dentist to have a gold one put in its place. Now not only does he thinks he has a better smile, but has a lot more class too which makes him irresistible to women.

"ZAVODNIK" Kalolo Oviedo je oduvek bio kicoš. Obožavao je društvo mladih žena dugih nogu i zavodljive figure. Onog dana kada je upoznao Delmu, istog trena se zaljubio - ljubav na prvi pogled.
