WE ARE JUICE DESIGN NARRATIVE The Architectural Light Design in We Are Juice reinforces the restaurants association with Nature and Growth by: 1. Implementing suspended fixtures that display organic geometry, derived from components of nature 2. Integrating technology sophisticated LED Light Systems that utilize daylight sensors (to maximize energy conservation in spaces with sufficient daylight) and color tuning techniques (that mimic daylight to promote the natural benefits we receive from the sun) to overall, promote an ecological balance with nature and help “We are Juiceâ€? GROW as an even more sustainable business (in the food industry). 3. Providing simplicity in navigation with linear fixtures, ceiling mounted to the mullions at the top of the Greenhouse (staggered in equal increments along the entire ceiling) from the front of the juice bar cafĂŠ all the way to the back, where the dining entrance is located, further influencing the customers decision to prolong their visit for dinner. 4. Concentrating on the blending of illumination with control systems that allow the user to alter the color and intensity of each individual or selection of lamps for zones in-between the two dining spaces which have drastically different lighting requirements that must be met to achieve both of their contrasting ambiances.
