SURIGAO NORTE COPS NAB TOP 2 WANTED PERSON FOR RAPE

The Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office (SDN PPO) arrested the Top 2 Wanted Person of Attempted Rape in the province in Brgy. Cabugao, Bacuag, Surigao del Norte in a joint operation on Sunday, January 16.

SDN PPO provincial director PCol Renato Mercado identified the suspect as Resty Buar Lluca, 58 yrs.old, single, male, farmer and a resident of P-2 Brgy. Bugas Bugas, Placer, Surigao del Norte who was apprehended by the joint elements of Placer Municipal Police

Station and Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) of SDN PPO.

Lluca has a standing arrest warrant for the crime of attempted rape under Criminal Case No. 7789 with a recommended bail of PhP120,000 issued by the RTC Branch 29, 10th Judicial Region in Surigao City. “I laud our police officers’ efforts in apprehending this criminal.
