YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING JOURNEY Personal training at the Monon Community Center is truly personal. Our certified personal trainers work with you to design a program specifically for you or a group (2-3) of you! We want to ensure you have a solid fitness plan from the get-go so we are offering an initial consultation for $30. Take this time to set goals, determine your personalized program and tour the Fitness Center with your new personal trainer. Once your path is mapped out, decide if 30-minute or 60-minute sessions will benefit you best and begin your fitness journey. Don’t wait -- Sign up for your initial consultation today!
