If any such changes occur, Castle Building & Remodeling, Inc. must be notified immediately and a change order must be signed by the customer for work to continue.
The Carpenters and Sub-Contractors will be responsible to inform Castle Building & Remodeling, Inc. of any discrepancies between the plans and actual job site dimensions that will effect the construction or materials.
