THE VESSEL With large windows, covered in ultra-high-performance white concrete, and directed seaward towards Fort Carré like the figurehead of a stone vessel, the new Yacht Club will be the architectural sign of the IYCA dock’s rebirth, bringing Port Vauban into the Third Millennium.
