In the Name Of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful Recap of the last issue: A strategic plan is necessary to move a business forward to the desired destination. It also must evolve as situations change.

Go forth, whether lightly or heavily equipped, and strive and struggle with your goods and your persons for the cause of Allah. That is better for you if you only knew. Had the gain been immediate and the journey shorter they would have followed you, but the distance seemed too great for them… (9: 41 – 42) Those who believe in the Allah and the Last Day will never ask you to exempt them from striving with their wealth and their lives. Allah knows best the righteous. Only those seek exemption who do not truly believe in Allah and the Last Day, and whose hearts have become a prey to doubt. As a result of their doubt, they waver. If they had wished to go forth, they would surely have made some preparations for it… (9: 44 – 46) “The principle on which to manage an army is to set up one standard of courage which all must reach.” Sun Tzu

The Importance of Project Scheduling To organize and complete your projects in a timely, quality and financially responsible manner, you need to schedule projects carefully. Effective project scheduling plays a crucial role in ensuring project success. To keep projects on track, set realistic time frames, assign resources appropriately and manage quality to decrease product errors. We have a desired product: the Islamic Village. Before they made Hajj, before they participated in Jihad, and before they built a masjid, the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.) and his companions had an Islamic Village. Therefore, following the way of the best of us, the first priority of any Muslim community should be the establishment of an independent village. Take an assessment of your community. Develop a realistic timeframe to achieve your goal. Create a timeline of Milestones to achieve. This will be your Master Schedule. All other schedules, events, activities, and plans must be subservient to this schedule. “If they had wished to go forth [and accomplish their goal], they would surely have made some preparations for it…”
