PUBLISHER’S WELCOME
It’s the most beautiful time of the year, many say people say. But is it true for the Balearics? The majority of Spanish residents feel that the Springtime puts the skip in most people’s step and winter causes a hibernation of the expat masses. It’s true, many people do leave the islands to travel far and wide to be with their families and loved ones. This has spurred our vision to pre-launch our Christmas edition of the new Celebrity interactive digital magazine.. But not like any other digital magazine, Celebrity introduces you to an interactive digital magazine bringing your read to life. So whereever you are in the world this Christmas you won’t miss a thing. May I take this opportunity on behalf of myself and the whole Celebrity team to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy healthy and wonderful New year. See you in Spring!
A Celebrity Christmas Carol
Although it may not feel like it yet with blue skies and dazzling sun most days, winter has arrived in the Balearics. The busy summer season has left many of us in need of well-deserved rest and as the tourists have left, the island has been reclaimed by the locals that call it home. This time of year is the perfect opportunity to take stock of the previous year, which was still somewhat difficult for some due to the pandemic, and enjoy everything that Mallorca and the other islands have to offer and prepare for the year ahead.
MALLORCA PAST
This year has been one of adjusting to normality after the difficulties brought on by the Covid pandemic with many businesses working tirelessly to make up for lost earnings of the previous two years. As the restrictions lifted and fear subsided, Mallorca came back to life with a healthy flow of tourists, cafes and restaurants bursting with locals and a feeling of hope for the future was palpable. As one of the busiest summer seasons on record, businesses threw open their doors to tourists, the beaches were packed with sunseekers, and the airport struggled to cope with the influx of international flights. New businesses sprung up around the islands, building work resumed on some prominent projects and plenty of people arrived on the islands in search of a Mediterranean lifestyle. The announcement of a new route between New York and Mallorca was welcomed with many more Americans spotted in Palma and around the island and projects such as the redevelopment of the Paseo Maritimo and the new tram system were given the green light - all positive steps for the island. Post-pandemic Mallorca is eager to move on from the issues that the population faced with the restrictions and ensure that life on the island can sustain itself for years to come.
MALLORCA PRESENT
Christmas is a magical time of year on the
islands with the impressive lights installed in Palma and this year the lights are bigger and better than ever. Christmas markets are back and bigger and better than ever, events are taking place around the island for all to enjoy and the bars and restaurants have upped their game with some superb Christmas menus. Here is our Celebrity Guide of things to do around the island during the festive period.
CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN MALLORCA
Puerto Portals: This small market in Puerto Portals is the perfect place to visit to get in the Christmas spirit with plenty of stalls selling handicrafts and local produce and a
great offering of food trucks and bars. Plaza Mayor, Palma: Head into the city and wander around Plaza Mayor under the twinkling lights for traditional Mallorquin handicrafts, ornaments and Christmas fare. Have a look closely at the stalls selling Nativity figurines and look for the infamous shepherd or “caganer” who is caught with his trousers down - it will certainly make the kids chuckle!
Pueblo Español: Definitely the most popular Christmas market around, Pueblo Español’s Christmas market is held in the replica Spanish village in Son Dureta with lots of food stalls, shops, activities and even some fake snow.
Son Amar: This year the Son Amar Christmas market is bigger than ever with an ice rink, a Christmas show every day, a firework display and plenty of stalls to mooch around while sipping on a mulled wine.
CHRISTMAS EVENTS
Christmas Mass: The stunning Catedral La Seu in Palma holds a midnight mass on December 24th which actually starts at 11 pm. Be sure to arrive early and check the Palma Cathedral website for more information.
Santa Lucia Concert: On 13th December at 8 pm, the pupils of the Swedish School of Mallorca will fill La Seu with their voices in the traditional Santa Lucia concert.
“Reflect upon your present blessings - of which every man has manynot on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.”

NEW YEARS’ EVE CELEBRATIONS
Restaurants, bars and clubs around the island have released their New Years’ Eve menus and events offering everything from a slap-up meal in a fancy restaurant to a boogie in one of Palma’s trendy hotspots. Head into the streets of Palma with your grapes and a bottle of fizz and see in the new year in the traditional way by popping one grape in your mouth to every gong of the bells before watching the impressive firework display in front of the Cathedral. There are so many things to do over the festive season so keep an eye on Celebrity Magazine’s socials for the best events around the island.
THREE KINGS IN MALLORCA
Perhaps one of the events that Spanish children look forward to most is the arrival of the Three Kings or “Reyes Magos”. Taking place on the evening of the 5th of January, the Kings arrive at the port in Palma and lead a procession through the streets of the capital, throwing sweets to the children. This is the day that many Spanish children receive their gifts and the innocence and excitement is something that should be experienced by everyone on the island.
MALLORCA FUTURE
So what does 2023 have in store for the islands? The new year is one that many people are using as a new start for a multitude of reasons. Although still a part of our everyday lives, Covid feels like an issue of the past and this new year brings with it more hope, an end to the restrictions and a new lease of life for the island. Businesses have been able to make up for the time and earnings they lost and the Government appear to be working hard to shake off the bad decisions that were made during the lockdown and in the year after.
Here at Celebrity Magazine, we are all very excited about what 2023 has in store for us all and we have several exciting projects in the pipeline that we will be revealing very soon. We would like to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas, and a happy and prosperous new year and hope that all of you enjoy this time with your family and friends.
Happy Christmas, Feliz Navidad and Bon Nadal from all of us at Celebrity Magazine!

COCO’S DELIA LOOK TO THE YEAR AHEAD…
It has been a few months since I last sat down with Lauren at Coco’s Deli in Portals Nous and as ever, there is plenty to catch up on.
Since taking over Coco’s Deli, owner Lauren has made a series of subtle changes to the much-loved and well-established local for many people from Portals and neighbouring towns. The menu has welcomed some exciting new dishes including the popular winter warmers available now, as well as some fresh juices and smoothies to suit all tastes and lifestyles.
Recently returning from one of her multiple trips to Los Angeles, Lauren tells me all about it. “LA feels like a home from home”, she says. “It gives me so much inspiration, both personally and for the business”. Every trip across the pond is another opportunity to search for new concepts and ideas and see how they would work on the island as well as a chance to unwind and take long walks to reflect on everything. Even Lauren’s pooch,
Tyga got a chance to kick back and relax at a doggy spa!
With Christmas coming up, you still have time to pop into Coco’s for your favourite spiced lattes and the regular menu before the Deli closes for a month from December 15th until January 16th so that Lauren and the team can have some well-deserved time off.
So what does 2023 have in store for Lauren and Coco’s?
The first thing that will be launched in 2023 is Coco’s cold-pressed juice detox plans. Most of us try the “new year, new me” but don’t often have the motivation to get started. These one, three, and five-day plans are just what you need to get started. The 1-Day Junk Flush is designed to kickstart your journey to health and help flush out all of those nasty toxins that we will have spent the
festive season bingeing on. The 3-Day Clean & Lean is for those looking for a slightly longer cleanse and perfect for those looking to shed some Christmas weight. The 5-Day Meltdown Program is for those who mean business with their health and want to get to their optimum level of health before they embark on their fitness and diet plans for the year ahead. These juices can be ordered and collected from Coco’s so keep an eye on the socials for when these plans are released. Coco’s Deli merchandise was launched with great success in 2022 and some new items will be added to the online shop in the new year along with the hoodies (both human and doggy), water bottles, and t-shirts. Lauren is also going to be turning some of her focus to catering for boats next summer as this proved very popular and is an opportunity to expand Coco’s brand. In terms of branding, Lauren’s YouTube channel demonstrates her love of fitness and in 2023 she hopes to expand into a bootcamp and partner with some wellknown gyms on the island - watch this space! Lauren asked me to conclude everything by saying a huge thank you to her fabulous team and all of her clients that have been so supportive and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Keep up to date with all of the latest news by visiting the Instagram page @cocosdeli or Lauren’s travel and fitness videos at @ justamylauren.

RHOC - A Successful 2022 and Busy 2023 Ahead for the Kinsella Family
For
By Ben Mulvey
Over the past year, Hanna and Martin welcomed another baby to their family when beautiful Kimia was born and continued to be amazed by how quickly big brother Max is growing up and developing his personality. They also launched several new businesses, kept up with their clinics, and filmed a successful new series of the Real Housewives of Cheshire - how does one couple do all of this in just one year? “It’s been a crazy year,” Martin tells me. “We have had so much going on and have enjoyed family life with the kids.”
Hanna’s own dental product line, Icy Bear, has gone from strength to strength and both she and Martin are surprised at quite how successful it has been. Every target that they set for the business has been smashed and the new whitening kit launched earlier in the year and has flown off the shelves. Martin’s Dr Kinsella skincare range has had similar success following the glamorous launch party and the products have been shipping everywhere with orders coming in thick and fast. His Online Hormone Clinic has also grown beyond all predictions and
he is now helping hundreds of people and improving their quality of life. This year the couple have also been able to visit Mallorca more often which has meant that Martin has been able to see more of his patients in his Santa Ponsa clinic. His Re-enhance Clinic in Cheshire remains very busy with a constant stream of clients visiting to improve their looks and feel better about themselves - perhaps you’ve seen the Instagram and Tik-Tok updates live from the clinic?
Hanna recently wrapped filming for the three-part Christmas special of Real Housewives of Cheshire which began airing on ITV Be and the ITV Hub on December 5th at 9pm. The short Christmas special features some of the Housewives cruising in Mexico and the Caribbean on the Royal Princess ship. Glitz and glamour take centre stage as the Housewives get used to life on board such a huge and beautiful ship.
Aside from her filming and looking after the kids, Hanna has also been on a fitness journey and has maintained her strict diet and exercise routine since giving birth to
Kimia and the results are there to be seenshe looks amazing!
2023 looks to be an equally busy year for Hanna and Martin with all of their various projects continuing and some new ones in the pipeline. Hanna now has a break from filming and the family is looking forward to their first Christmas as a family of four.
In the new year, Martin will be increasing the frequency of his trips to his clinic in Mallorca and will be visiting the island at least once a month to see his patients so make sure to get your appointments in early.
The Christmas Special of Real Housewives of Cheshire is available on the ITV Hub from December 5th. Martin’s clinic, ReEnhance Medicina Asthetica is located on Avenida del Rey Jaime I, 108 in Santa Ponsa and enquiries and appointments can be made by contacting info@re-enhance.com.

COAT SEASON 2022 – WHICH TREND SUITS YOU?
Following on from one of the Med’s hottest summers, ‘Coat Season’ is now officially in full swing. It’s my favourite season of the year, and because a coat is more visible than any other fashion item, one has to make it look worthwhile. You may already have a stylish coat or two hanging in the closet, but why not succumb to some of 2022/23 trends too, and check out these chic offerings for the chilly season?
LEATHER
Hold on tight – your favourite biker jacket is back, but this time it’s all about the motor racing jacket, aviator collars and less zips. Wear with a black jumpsuit and tall chunky platform boots from Zara.
THE OVERCOAT
Think ‘Pretty Woman’, when Richard Gere threw his coat over Julia Roberts to keep her ‘covered up’. Long length wool coats and waterproof trenches and Macs keep you looking on trend whilst oozing class and sophistication. No need to dress up underneath. Wear with a micro mini, polo-neck and loafers at Mango.
SHEARLING
My coat of choice this year – the retro Afghan or ‘Penny Lane’ coat, as seen on Kate Hudson in ‘Almost Famous’. This iconic hippy look of the 60s gets a 2022 revamp by Superdry with sustainable materials, looking equally cool. Wear with skinnies, knee length boots and a 1970 Bella Freud sweater.
QUILTED UTILITY
Grab that Puffa or belted quilted coat - ideally in all shades of military green. As well as keeping you cosy, this will suit all shapes, sizes and colourings. Found almost everywhere this season. Just keep it simple and plain – in green, but stay away from the camouflage print! Wear with any tan or red accessories ie. Tan boots and Red bags.

GALATZO HEALTH - PREMIER HOLISTIC MOBILE IV DRIP THERAPY
When we think of IV drips we usually think of tubes and hospitals and being unwell. But what if you changed the way you saw these bags of liquid and saw them as something that could make you feel better, and improve your overall health, and all from the comfort of your own home? This is what Dr Indhira Ghyssaert and her husband Benoit Demacq have achieved with the Holistic Mobile IV clinic that they run as part of Galatzo Health in Mallorca.
By Ben Mulvey
Dr Indhira began her career specialising in Family and Community Medicine and became interested in using conventional medicine and holistic natural medicine together to achieve better results and improve her patients’ overall health. Coming from a long line of doctors, Indhira has always wanted to help people and this process seemed to have better and often surprising results with her patients. It was during this time that Indhira discovered the benefits of IV drips and how they can be used to heal, detox, and improve patients’ health.
Along with her husband Ben, the couple moved to Mallorca to work in a clinic that provided holistic and conventional medical
care to patients, namely the IV drips that Dr Indhira had become so interested in.
Eventually, this clinic closed and the couple set up their own practice, Galatzo Health, and took their patients with them.
Galatzo Health follows a unique 360 º approach combining western and natural medicine when treating patients and uses functional medicine to assess each person on an individual basis.
“Functional Medicine is a systems biologybased approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of a disease.
Functional medicine takes the holistic approach to understand who you are, knowing that every person is unique and
should have a medical plan that is custom fit for their needs.”
After the initial consultation which consists of various standardised tests, an in-depth conversation and a study of your lifestyle, Dr Indhira begins her tailored treatment plan based on the results of these tests and analytics.
The Holistic IV drips are a key part of this tailored treatment plan and are used to complement conventional medical care.
The IV drips all have different properties, ingredients and components to treat a wide array of ailments. The drips are packed full of vitamins and nutrients that our bodies require and can help to boost our immune
systems, speed up healing, and kick-start a detoxification process. Dr Indhira and Ben are able to really connect with their patients and assess the symptoms that they present with to identify the root cause rather than just treating the symptom itself.

WORRY IS TODAY’S MOUSE EATING TOMORROW’S HEADPHONES!
Celebrity Magazine is back to guide you through the winter months and I’m so pleased to be part of this unique, forward-thinking and creative force of positivity. This amazing publication has 2023 set to be the year where the Balearic business and local communities are really going to feel even more love and inclusion from Celebrity. Trust me, your subscriptions are going to be revealing some big surprises that you will benefit from, I wish I could elaborate more but I’m being good for once, unlike this naughty rodent.
Ok, so the real quote in the page title is by writer Larry Eisenberg and ends with the word “cheese” but this is exactly what I discovered had happened a few hours before I was due to fly back to the UK to DJ at the Clockwork Orange “Day of The Dead” Halloween extravaganza at Chelmsford Racecourse. A little furry dormouse decided to chow down on my rare Sony MDR-10RC cans which I have had for many years and demolished the foam ear pads and headband, damn that greedy mouse! I bet he had a sore stomach from his zero calorie meal but everything happens for a reason and good old WHSmith came to the rescue! As some of you may have noticed our favourite, dependable British friend which opened its first shop 230 years ago in London is now cropping up in Spanish airports as part of a huge expansion programme and recently opened six new shops in Palma and two in Ibiza Airport and I am very happy to share the news that I managed to bag myself a full-time job selling you guys all things confectionery, tech and readable.
After the closure of the large newsagents in Ibiza Town two years ago, your favourite and familiar British, Spanish, French, Italian
and German magazines plus your favourite sweets and chocolate bars are all back on the shelf, on The White Isle and of course, a few may have passed these lips. And just to prove GOD really is a DJ, luckily my new employer also stocks Sony Headphones as part of its tech range!
So off I skipped (difficult in 6inch heels) with my new cans on my ears to make my Clocky debut and DJ b2b with my good pal Danny Oliver, a definite career highlight dressed as a demon, geisha, alien in PVC thigh-high stripper boots, the perfect outfit to bang out the latest and hottest bassline tunes and what a reception we had from the Halloween Clockwork fans. it was a spine-tingling, hairsup-on-your-arms moment but here’s a bit of a newsflash for y’all, Clockwork Orange my new and beautiful famalam is 30 years young next year and the famous Clockstock Festival is back! Tickets have just been released and they sell really fast so make sure your grab one from the link on my Instagram and the next time you’re in Ibiza Airport, come in and say “Buenas” but take care because I can
chat for England so don’t miss your flight! As many of you know, the first few months after moving to a foreign country can be a really testing time for many reasons, all of us with our own individual challenges to navigate on top of the new post-Brexit red tape necessities which can really make you feel frustrated and somewhat insecure and at times. I’ve felt like a deer caught in the headlights when various bureaucratic curve balls have been thrown my way but what has got me through the tough times these past couple of months has been the amazing support of my friends, old and new, who really have at times selflessly picked up one of those curve balls and kicked them into touch. “Sorted Mikey” has been the phrase so often said to me by my friends which I am forever grateful for but my advice to anyone moving to a new home abroad is to not let these challenges and curve balls become all-consuming. There is so much to enjoy, connect or reconnect with and I learnt that what we have around us to tap into is what really makes a difference to your mental health, to keep your mood positive and relaxed. Taking time to walk on the beach, lie in the sun or just have those quiet moments breathing in the fresh, salty air helps to bring clarity to any stressy, muddled situation and sharing a meal or coffee and practising your Spanish can help to boost your confidence. Remember the world is still turning and no one will mind if you switch your phone off for a couple of hours each day and “you do you” to get where you need to be on a personal and financial level. With so many people’s favourite yet busiest Balearic season over and with people having a bit more time on their hands, don’t be afraid to lean on your pals if
you need help cause if there is one thing we proud Brits are rubbish at it is asking for help. At the time of writing this, the England footy squad has just had a 6-2 triumphant World Cup opening and, being a footy fan (Bristol City FYI), I’m going to be following the matches at the iconic Plastik Bar, San Antonio and also at a fabulous new Italian restaurant called Gusto’s in Playa D’en Bossa where I recently DJ’d for the WHSmith Christmas Party. These are two places I personally recommend to all you football fans to go to over the coming weeks and with a new party I’m shaping up, NOCTILUA, with some of Ibiza’s finest DJ talent onboard I hope to see you soon and be playing a celebratory World in Motion (Carabinieri Mix) - New Order in my DJ set!
World in Motion (Carabinieri Mix) - New Order.

CANCER CHARITY SHOP
Every few months we catch up with Angela from Cala Nova Cancer Charity Shop to find out how they are doing and how they are helping their chosen charities. This time we had plenty to discuss flowing a successful 2022 and a bright 2023 ahead.
By Ben Mulvey
The volunteers at the Cala Nova Cancer Charity Shop have worked tirelessly over the past year to continue their work in the community for people suffering from cancer. These volunteers generously give their time to sort through the endless donations, serve customers in their three shops, and even find time to organise events for everyone to enjoy.
In November, Angela and the team organised a wonderful Christmas market at Nova in Port Cala Nova. People came in droves to wander around the stalls selling handicrafts and local products, sip a glass of wine in the 25-degree sunshine, and catch up with friends. The wonderful Izzy Newman belted out some Christmas songs to get everyone in the Christmas spirit and there was even a visit from a certain bearded gentleman and his helper from the North Pole! The market was a roaring success with over €1,500 raised for charity. Well done to everyone that made the event so enjoyable!
For 2023, Angela and the team will be continuing their work at the charity shops in San Agustin but, as always, they need our help. Donations are always welcome and can
be taken directly to the store or organised for collection by contacting Angela. Volunteers are always needed so if you have any spare time then pop in and have a chat and see if there is anything you can do to help. They will also be arranging more coffee mornings such as the Macmillan coffee morning that they held at Secret Garden that raised €1,000 for families in the UK that need the support. Angela has asked me to thank each and every one of her dedicated volunteers, without whom there would be no charity shop. She would also like to thank the community for their generous donations and unwavering support.
Pop in and see Angela and the team at the Cala Nova Cancer Charity Shop at Avinguda de Joan Miró, 358 in San Agustin between 10 am - 2 pm from Monday to Saturday and be sure to pop your head into the furniture shop a few doors down. For information or to offer your time, give Angela a call at +34 609 84 86 22 or call the shop on +34 971 708 664.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone at Cala Nova Cancer Charity Shop.
Authentic Italian Cuisine
Contro Corrente was born out of two friends’ passion for sharing their love of traditional, authentic Italian cuisine with pizza lovers across the island. It’s as simple as that. One of the essential qualities of our restaurant is the customer service we provide. Good food is not always enough to capture people’s interest. In our case, most of the clients come back because aside from high-quality food and a cosy environment, we always make our visitors feel welcomed and appreciated.

HEATHROW FIREFIGHTERS RETURN
Considered one of the best-organised events on the calendar, the Peguera Triathlon attracts a growing number of discerning athletes each year. October 2022’s highly successful event, saw around 1,200 participants gathering, from an impressive 25 different countries. Favouring the glorious autumn weather, many athletes took advantage of the additional programme of cultural, gastronomic and sports activities to bring their families for a memorable weekend.
This year Team Cav, competing to honour the much-loved Carl Cavanagh, saw their team swell from 14 to 26. Not only did this band of brotherhood complete the gruelling event in Carl’s memory but also in 2021 raised an impressive £2,500 for the Firefighters Charity. In 2019, British Firefighter Carl Cavanagh was pulled from the sea at Tora Beach during the Triathlon. Aged only 45, a strong swimmer and in peak condition, his heart had given out. The hugely popular character “A gentleman, and a vital person with a great sense of humour” was returned to Heathrow with ultimate ceremonies of respect and buried with full honours.
Over the years I have remained in contact with one of his closest friends and colleagues, Rob Harding who returned in 2021 with other colleagues, together with Carl’s wife Lizzie and four children Jessica, Henry, Edward and Florence to complete the gruelling course in his memory. Despite the exhausted
Firefighters declaring “Never again!” they were back in even greater force this year, all reaching the finish line in good time. I finally met Lizzie and her delightful children. She explained that her parents have an apartment overlooking that very beach, and Mallorca is a second home to them all, which is why Carl chose his first triathlon to be in Majorca. Although extremely hard, Lizzie had been adamant that the tragedy would not stop them from returning and enjoying Mallorca. “Carl was so full of life. Such a charismatic person, everyone loved him. The sort of guy who lit up a room when he entered. The life and soul of a party. He was a great husband to Lizzie and a proud father of four. He would do anything for anyone, particularly his family. It was his first Triathlon, and I had never seen him in such great physical condition,” Rob told me. As I joined them for a drink, I had a taste of the utter devotion and bonded camaraderie among the firefighters.
This extended to their own families who had flown over with them as one big family to support Lizzie and her children. Illustrating life going forward after tragedy. “This has become an inspirational annual event and even more want to join us next year!”

Did you know, every 90 minutes, someone commits suicide? Shocking statistics like this inspired Gary Napier from The GAP Counselling, and event organiser Rachael Wilson to set up a follow-on Charity Football Match to continue to raise awareness for men’s health and so, ‘The Movember Shield’ was born.

Held on Saturday 5th November at Sporting Son Ferrer’s ‘Campo de futbol’, the metaphorical fireworks were flying as ‘The Yachties’ took on ‘The Street Angels’ for the second time this season in the muchanticipated follow-up fixture from ‘The ManWell Cup’.
IBEX Insurance, Wave Uniforms and Activewear, Sandberg Estates and The Anchor Bar in Cala Major sponsored the day. D.J Des Mitchell kindly provided pre/ post-match and half-time tunes. Ayesha Wood from Radio One and myself, Steve Burge from Red Hot Branding assisted the raffle draw, receiving donations from Russell Martin Academy, Palma Jump, Gemini Salon, Med 54, Bar Rositas, The Anchor Sports Bar in El Toro and Elefante in Santa Catalina and Sant Agusti.
The match itself was another highly contested battle refereed by Chris Keenan. The game had everything: a nail-biting finale, sublime skills, crunching tackles, wonder goals, penalties, red cards and some fantastic match-winning saves.
The honours ultimately went to Allan James, Skipper of ‘The Yachties’, as they hung on to their lead to win 6-5 to lift the Shield Cup at the final whistle. Goal scorers for ‘The Yachties’ included AJ, Fabio Lima, Brad Tayler, Kyle Spargo, Radoslav Radoev and Steven Patterson. On target for ‘The Street Angels’; Bradleigh White, Matteo Marcolini and a hat-trick from Rich Ford. Interviewed after the match Gary Napier said: “These events are growing in momentum and
have attracted a wide spectrum of support from all over the island. We don’t quite know where it will go, but at the moment we are proud to be involved in such a legacy event”. Over 800 Euros were raised for The Street Angels - providing supported care and assistance to vulnerable people on the streets of Magaluf and Yachting Gives Backfighting hunger and poverty in Mallorca and beyond. Importantly, the day and the event continue to raise awareness of the Movember campaign and men’s mental health.
Ayesha Wood

TEAM CELEBRITY LOOKS AHEAD TO 2023
We are closing the door of 2022 and nearing 2023, which we welcome with open arms. This year has brought back some form of normal to our lives following the last two years of turmoil and changes, rules and regulations, sadness and losses which have affected many to rethink their lives and their priorities.
By Donna Suarez
One thing the Celebrity team has been this year is consistent. Up-to-date positive news and information about artists, events, venues and many wonderful things which have been happening in the Balearic Islands have been provided throughout the year for all of our readers. We have an amazing team to thank for all of this so we decided to take the time to have an amazing photoshoot done by the wonderful Jaime Iconic, a very talented man! This was at one of our favourite areas in Mallorca, Palmanova. Please give a warm welcome to, and meet the brains and beauty behind our Celebrity brand, the team who make Celebrity special and informative starting with a massive thank you to our behind-the-scenes guys Stefan, Kieran, Carina and Caro, who with their endless talent use their skills to catch the eye of the
reader whether it’s on social media, the website, newsletter mail out or the beautifully designed Celebrity Magazine. Continuing our appreciation for the team... Amanda who writes our homes section, with a holistic approach and energy who strives to improve our wonderful world with her energy and light, Soller Shirley who is bundles of fun and always with a smile, Mickey Slade our Ibiza swing and shine, never a dull moment with them. Our beautiful Feature Writer, Ben Mulvey adds class and sparkle to the magazine when proofreading and editing the articles and delves deep into the features and advertorials and really gets to know our clients and beautifully highlights what they do. Hamish, everyone loves Hamish. If ever there was a real-life action man it’s our Hamish Goddard jumping from boats to
bikes and automobiles, all he needs now is a box of Milk Tray and a suave black outfit, who knows he may be dropping off a Milk Tray with your next edition of Celebrity!. We add glamour and insider knowledge with the beautiful Laura Stadler, the lady who is always in the know and in the right place at the right time. She is a lovely lady who genuinely is our own little star who even managed to bring her hubby along who we encouraged to jump in with some photos at the Celebrity office. Most of you know the lovely Michelle and she needs no introduction, a ray of light beaming positive energy. She’s not a sales consultant, she’s your friend, our friend and the girl that gets stuff done. Huge thank you to our Michelle.
You may have noticed that we added the Spanish language to the magazine which
was long overdue! This is translated by Sylvia Baker de Perkal who is not only an official translator but also a very talented artist - some of her artwork is even featured in Celebrity Magazine.Despite not being in the photo, I would like to offer special thanks to Amanda O’ Riordan, Diablo V, Betina Von Hohendorff, David Whitney, Ilaria Acomanni and Amanda Morgan all of who are amazingly talented writers and bring you informative information and updates from around the Balearic Islands. I’m not saving the best for last, many of you know my earth brother Larrick Ebanks, singersongwriter, AAA Celebrity writer, branding manager and inspiration who has been very
challenged during 2020/2021 after catching pneumonia caused by a bout of covid, he’s a true fighter and I’m so pleased to say after an eleven-month stint in hospital is back with his superpowers to shed love and light around the globe, with Celebrity as one of his tools to reach the world.
I now have to take a step back and bow down to our wonderful Matthew Cull one of the Celebrity Directors along with Larrick and myself, who genuinely has held the fort together while our lovely Larrick was recovering from his long stint in hospital and I have been juggling trips to the hospital and three businesses. Matthew is our Editor and ‘Mr Motivator’ and the quiet man behind
the scenes but I have to say he has been the guiding star who is very much appreciated and valued. Let Celebrity Magazine continue to stand as a pillar of strength into 2023. And a huge thank you to our loyal and wonderful readers and advertisers. Since 2003 Celebrity has been going strong, relaunched in 2019 by myself, Donna Suarez and with this amazing team, has grown from strength to strength and we wouldn’t be able to do this without each and every one of you. I salute you all! Happy Christmas and a healthy prosperous new year. The Celebrity Team.

CELEBRATING CAROLE SOLOMON
Carole Solomon was hailed by her vast circle of friends as the “Queen of Portals”. She was naturally so likeable that she bonded easily with all genders. In fact, after 20 years of socialising daily in a small village, no one could find a negative word to say about this lovely, gracious lady with a ready smile. Certainly, the tsunami of people who attended her memorial bore testimony to a person who forgave easily and never had a bad word to say about anyone.
By Laura Stadler
loyal of friends, which was illustrated by the impressive numbers of all genders who turned up to honour her. Her big sixtieth birthday bash remains indelibly linked in everyone’s memory. The evening when festivities were suddenly shut down following the announcement of the Covid lockdown. Born in Newcastle, Carole was determined to pass in Mallorca. Only two days beforehand I spotted her enjoying a long lunch amongst a huge table of jovial friends in the Secret
CELEBRANDO LA VIDA DE CAROLE SOLOMON
Indeed, her memorial reflected her full life. Held under the leafy trees of the Secret Garden, bathed in the glorious autumn sunshine, friends paid tribute the Mallorcan way. No dreary black. Symbolic of the colour she brought to our lives, Carole was to be celebrated in vibrant shades and style. There was a table of Carole memorabilia, including a bottle of Bacardi, her favourite flowers and her beloved Louboutin shoes. There were speeches, together with amusing stories and laughter.
Petite with a mane of glossy dark hair, always coiffed to perfection, all confirmed that she was the most glamorous, kind and caring of friends, fun company with a wicked sense of humour. Albeit she remained a feisty Geordie who spoke her mind freely. Carole was not a sneakers and sweats girl. You were more likely to see her in a little Chanel suit, carrying her bag in the crook of her arm like our beloved late Queen. Indeed, I heard mention that we had lost two queens in as many months.
I remember during one party; some fellow accidentally tipped a bottle of red wine down her glorious white silk dress. ‘Don’t worry love, I’ll have your dress cleaned or buy you a new one,’ he muttered. ‘I don’t think he
realises it’s a Givenchy original!’ she stagewhispered good-naturedly to me. No drama. She assessed the situation, tried to wipe it off, looked at her ruined splattered Christian Louboutin shoes, shrugged and joked at least they matched their soles now. Indeed, she was the most immaculately groomed lady I have ever met. Even during gruelling cancer treatments, she never ventured out without her makeup, hair and nails perfect.
Most days Carole’s familiar elegance could be seen in various restaurants, cosily chatting around an ever-growing table of locals. All spoke of how she was the most
Garden. Fortunately, no one could have known that it was to be their last. Nor that the garden was soon to host such a memorable event to honour her. Certainly, the afternoon was a true celebration of a highly popular, much-loved friend, all filled with gratitude for knowing such a remarkable lady.

SOLLER VALLEY STORIES

WINTER IN SPAIN
For those of us who live or visit Mallorca in the winter, our world is magnificent. We say goodbye to our summer and autumn visitors and discover much more room. Room to walk, wander and breathe. The mountains call us for the fresh air and the ability to walk in cooler temperatures. Everyone gets their walking boots on and steps out for the day. The mountains and the trails of Route 221 and similar take even the first-time visitor to glorious places. Olive trees and goats may be your only companions for a while but then civilisation comes into sight and there is a coffee waiting. The trails around Fornalutx and Deia are the Sollerics delight

and remind them of the family walks of their childhood. The mountains have picnic and barbeque areas dotted around them and this is a Sunday and Bank Holiday tradition. Groups of friends and family drive to barbeque sites and park their cars. They then reserve their barbie for the day, bringing the charcoal and the meat and vegetables to grill with them. They often start with bacon sandwiches on the grill before leaving for their mountain walk. The return is to the barbeque and to friends who have joined them. Then it is a lunchtime of food and chatter and occasionally a guitar. By 4 pm it’s time to go home as the mountains are freezing when the sun goes down. A wonderful occasion and in the memories
of so many local people and visitors. Meanwhile back on ground level and at the seaside, the winter is stunning. Whenever we get waves and storms at sea the surfers in their wet suits come out to try a few waves. The Mediterranean is not a natural surfing spot so we have to make the most of it when the weather gives us waves. The beachside walks and picnics continue all winter long as the sun shines over 300 days a year in Mallorca. Christmas lunch is often taken on the balcony or terrace and Boxing Day swims in the sea and the obligatory toast with champagne are regular features of our world.
Winter in Mallorca – there really is nothing like it…

A guide to seeing Auras
Are there times when you feel uncomfortable in crowded places? Are there moments when you feel as if your space is being invaded? Some people can only come so close to you. This is a reaction triggered by your aura. It’s possible that someone else’s aura is intruding upon yours. At times, you feel uneasy in the presence of a certain person. When you enter a room, you have this sense that something is wrong. The human aura is a strong electro-magnetic eld. We give off electrical energy and absorb magnetic one. You can feel this energy force in a room full of people, where varying energies, positive and negative, are being interchanged. The aura is an extension of our energies, be it strong or weak, fair or otherwise, light and bright or dull and dense. It is a band of energy that surrounds us, a life energy that can be sensed around every living thing, plants, trees, animals, birds and people. There are seven layers of aura, but the most accessible to the human perception are the rst three layers surrounding the human body. Auras can be seen with the eyes wide open or it can also be seen psychically with the eyes closed. Colors are an important aspect of aura reading. Below is a description of the meanings different colors hold. When reading auras be sure to always trust your intuition.
BLACK:
This is a confusing color. There is nothing wrong with black in one’s aura. Black generally means one is shielding oneself from outside energies. This can also mean being unbalanced; one is hiding something or keeping secrets. A
Case studies
with oneself. Muddy gold means one has not really come to terms with one’s higher levels.
YELLOW:
Usually seen around a thinker, an analytical person. Could indicate a “balanced” person. Intelligent people show this color around their heads.
GREEN:
Sympathetic to others, dependable and has healing abilities. Muddier shade could indicate jealousy- like “green with envy”.
GRAY:
Animal Therapist
black ring usually indicates some form of abuse, adults who have not dealt with early abuse will carry this black ring till they are healed.
BLUE:
This comes in different shades. Gifted people have shades of blue in their aura. Intuitive people will show pale blue coloration within the purple bursting out like rays of sunshine, emanating from the heart outwards. A deeper blue can indicate loneliness. A very deep blue shows devotion, honesty and good judgment whereas muddier shades of blue indicates a domineering person or a tendency towards depression.
BROWN:
This color can indicate growth in a person. Seen around the head and with other colors emanating in combination, it indicates a person who is developing mentally, intuitively and organizing within. Brown by itself can indicate lack of energy, or one who has become “stagnant”.
GOLD:
Indicates lots of spiritual energy, in tune
Can indicate intuition and creativity. Silvery gray shows femininity while darker gray can mean secretiveness or physical imbalance.
ORANGE:
Bright orange means one is growing emotionally and paranormally. A dull shade means a person is unsure how to accept this growth. Muddy orange shows in a person with too much pride.
PINK:
The color of love, and honesty. It also depicts the quieter side of an artistic and creative person. Dark pink may indicate immaturity or changes with one’s love life. Dull pink, however, watch out; Someone is lying.
PURPLE:
The color of intuition, a deeper purple hue shows a strong- willed and passionate person. It can also reect intense erotic imagination and being over-bearing.
RED:
A color of love or hate, strong emotions and a lot of energy. An intense red color, however, may indicate a person ready to fly off the handle.

As the year draws to a close and we prepare for Christmas with our loved ones, winding down from a busy year we would like to thank our readers for joining us on this year’s journey of enlightenment. We have new, interesting articles we’re excited to share in 2023.
Keely, Mallorca
What can I say? So much. If I was on zoom you would probably never get a word in (Private joke). After 6 weeks of working consistently with Jamie, he feels more like family then who I was introduced to through Amanda at a meditation class. His energy when you enter his presence is calm, inviting, non judgmental and has a kindness to it only one of your favourite humans in the world would have. His immense knowledge and love for what he does is inspiring and with no ego at all. I know when I’m having a bad day, Jamie is probably going to message me having felt what I am feeling. Probably feeling me being my manic self but taking the time to give energy, protection and advice in Munay (In Love). He really is a pure soul and for someone like me who can sometimes, on my lower energy days , feel judged for just being who I am, getting to work with him, learn from him and work with my own spirituality, growth, healing and how I help others is a total gift and an absolute pleasure. I urge anyone who is currently on a healing journey, wants to dive into the depths of one or maybe is just a little curious about what he does to reach out.
Im so grateful for everything this journey has done for me, is doing for me and for everything to come.Thank you Jamie

BOATS, BIKES AND AUTOMOBILES
The ethos around motorbikes has changed a bit over the years, with the young engineer Soichiro Honda selling the first of various versions of his ‘Super Cub’ in 1958, thus bringing cheap motorcycles to the masses in their millions - over 100 million to date and still in production as the most manufactured road vehicle in motoring history.
Aside from providing cheap transport to people in every corner of the globe, Honda also launched the CB750/4 in 1968, now regarded as the birth of the world’s first ‘superbike’ - and a complete game changer in the ensuing development of road-legal fast
motorbikes. Superbikes have since arrived at the point where one can now walk into a showroom and buy something that would have won a Grand Prix not that long ago. They are now expensive and swish pieces of kit – a devastating weapon for the weekend. What hasn’t developed as quickly is a rider’s ability to ride them. The 20-year-old today is the same as the 20-year-old in the 1960s. As much as the bikes themselves have hugely improved in terms of design geometry, suspension, brakes - and particularly tyre technology and rider aids - they still get crashed and riders continue to get hurt or

killed. We’ve all seen the bunches of wilting flowers and fading photographs by the roadside.
The most common accident by some margin that doesn’t involve other vehicles or slippery surfaces is taking too much speed into a corner and not being able to get rid of it, either running wide into the opposing carriageway or leaving the road altogetherand there are few soft landings in Mallorca. Even counter-steering is something of which few people are aware. Push on the left handlebar and you will go left, not right - try it. And that simple fact, instilled as muscle memory, will get you out of trouble if you run wide.
Superbikes are quite beautiful standing still in their precision-engineered design detail and use of exotic materials, but it is easy to forget how exceptionally quick they are with the engine switched on - and you need to know what to do at that next corner before, as much as when, you get there.
The key is in training - that occasionally forgotten necessity set aside by the need for instant gratification. Passing the motorcycle test allows you to pop into a showroom and legally ride away, but teaches you about traffic rules and the Highway Code and virtually nothing about riding techniqueparticularly when you are on a bike capable of getting from one corner to the other more quickly than you are.
Motorcycling is a big part of the Spanish culture and we are lucky enough to have the Chicho Lorenzo School right here in Mallorca. Chicho is the father and coach of the Mallorquín five-time motorcycle World Champion Jorge Lorenzo at Manacor. We also have a lot of inexperienced riders buying some very fast bikes and despite 40 years of riding under my belt with no serious accidents, I’ve never done any training and I
wanted to learn more - not so that I can go mad in the Tramuntana - but to be the safest rider I can be in terms of setting up the bike for corners, technique through them and having the right response in emergency situations.
So it was that my friend Troy and I went to spend three enjoyable and exhausting hours in sweaty leathers with the delightful “As easy as riding a bike”… The ethos around motorbikes has changed a bit over the years, with the young engineer Soichiro Honda selling the first of various versions of his ‘Super Cub’ in 1958, thus bringing cheap motorcycles to the masses in their millions - over 100 million to date and still in production as the most manufactured road vehicle in motoring history.

didn’t know about cornering and learning a stack - a huge step in becoming better and more skilful riders.
His son Jorge - just one of several motorcycle stars taught by Chicho - is something of a hero of mine, one of the ‘aliens’ as they were known; a rich seam of incredible riders of the new millennium that defined bravery, skill and commitment in Moto GP; Valentino Rossi, Marco Simoncelli, Casey Stoner, Marc Marquez, Dani Pedrosa - and Lorenzo himself, the most ‘beautiful’ rider of them all, carving perfect arcs on circuits all around the world having learnt his earliest skills here on the island. I would heartily recommend the superb documentary Hitting The Apex available on Netflix, narrated by that well-known motorcycle nut and occasional actor, Brad Pitt. Disregarding the myriad of obvious things that one can do to make something inherently dangerous as safe as it can be, Chicho has seen it all and more - and is a master of improving one’s skill set. His courses are a no-brainer for anyone interested in the pleasure of riding motorbikes safely - and one of the better things on which I’ve spent 150 bucks... “As easy as riding a bike”…
BARCOS, MOTOS Y COCHES

Property Market Update
average price will remain stable, currently averaging 2,583 euros per square metre reached in 2022, remaining pretty much static. Thus, unlike the financial crisis from 2008 when low demand combined with a high supply, the market will not be as stressed due to solid variations but will instead experience a “controlled slowdown”. This, of course, remains to be seen.
HOMES & PROPERTIES
2022 in Mallorca and the Balearics has been an interesting one for the real estate market. With record sales being reported for the first half of the year lasting through the summer, the property market has been a hot one. Germans and Swedes have been topping the market, with the British following closely behind, despite the Brexit challenges of reduced accessibility to Europe.
Add to this the direct flights from New York (Newark) with United Airlines to Palma which put the American spotlight on Mallorca and firmly on the American map. For clients from the US, purchasing a second home in Europe is extremely favourable given the parity between the dollar and the euro at present. Official figures will not be available until the new year, however, many agents are reporting substantial numbers of sales from the US market. Official figures from the College of Registrars indicate that there was a
15% increase in property sales in the Balearics in July, while the national figure - by comparison with June - was just 0.1%. Only the Canaries, 20%, had a higher percentage increase.
September arrived and started to see a general slowdown. Global uncertainty, the energy crisis and the impact of inflation are definitely being felt, with many clients holding back, even in the ultra-high-end luxury sector.
This is set to continue into 2023, with property forecasts by Atlas Real Estate Analytics pointing to a “cooling-down of the Balearic property market in 2023”.
Based on historical data, the analysis seeks to calibrate the real effects that inflation could have on the market, the consequent rise in construction costs, the increase in interest rates, as well as the fall in available stock. This analysis suggests that the forecast for 2023 will be a 15.6% drop in sales, but surprisingly predicts that the
Moving in a different direction, it’s interesting to note that there are plans by the Balearic Government to limit property purchases by non-residents, due to the lack of affordable homes for the local market. These recent plans have been slammed by the real estate sector. According to the Balearic International Real Estate Association ABINI “This limitation violates superior national and European legislation, and will generate more confusion than solutions”. The Balearic government has not only supported a proposal to limit the purchase of homes by non-residents but also vehicles, in an effort to “reduce overcrowding and also ease environmental pressures.”
Considering more than 25% of the GDP in the Balearic Islands is related to the real estate sector, these proposals appear to be “cutting off their nose to spite their face”, as we say in the UK, considering these measures would lead to a sharp increase in unemployment and a huge drop in revenue from the real estate Transfer Tax in the Government coffers! In addition to the fact that a very small percentage of the foreign buyer market competes with the local Balearic market for the same property. With an election year in the offing, it might be wise for the current government to rethink their proposal, particularly since this plan is unlikely to create any more
affordable homes in the Balearics, which is the object of the exercise. Speaking of more affordable homes, shared property Co-Ownership has recently seen substantial growth on the island. Having taken the U.S. by storm, this re-invention of the old timeshare system is now taking off in Mallorca. It certainly appears to make sense, particularly with the current restrictions for the UK market, and with the amplified interest from the US market, it would seem there is substantial growth potential.
It’s certainly a cheaper way to enter the market, with shared maintenance responsibilities, and when so many properties are purchased and then lay vacant for most of the year, it would seem an intelligent choice. Contracting a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, and even better a specialist “Buyer’s Agent” is highly advisable to ensure you not only find the right property in the right location but that the chemistry amongst the other Co-owner/s is right. After that it’s pretty straightforward - a partnership agreement is formed to purchase the property with various shareholders, who then decide when they want to use the property and for the length of time. It’s better than a normal rental because you’re a shareholder and part own the property, as well as the future appreciation potential. I have enjoyed writing the Property Review for Celebrity Magazine over the last three years, but this article will be my last article representing the real estate sector for Celebrity Magazine. Over the last few years, my focus has changed, embracing more of a Holistic approach in every aspect. I will continue working as a specialist Property Finder, or as I am rebranding myself a “Holistic Buyer’s Agent”, assisting
individuals in bespoke high-end property searches in Mallorca and the Balearic Islands. However, I am also changing my focus to embrace my passion for Wellness and hope to return next year with my new hat on and an exciting new venture, for both myself and the island of Mallorca.

CHRISTMAS SPIRIT
The Christmas holidays and fiestas are upon us again. It’s a time for fun and lots of walks with our pets and we can enjoy more time with them at home. But along with the good times, there are some risks and stresses that we have to be aware of:
1. Dietary excesses: Not only for us but also for our pets. It is tempting to give them treats and leftover food from our table. Any rapid change of diet, for cats and dogs, can lead to vomiting and diarrhoea so be careful what we give them. Remember that chocolate is toxic to dogs and cats. Don’t leave boxes of chocolates under the tree (they might be robbed, not only by your children!) Grapes (and even worse, sultanas/raisins) are toxic to dogs as they have toxins which can cause kidney failure.
2. Foreign bodies: By this, I mean new toys that some dogs destroy and eat which can then end up causing blockages. Cats have a funny habit of eating Christmas tree tinsel or cords! Any dog or cat who starts vomiting suddenly and isn’t passing faeces, bear it in mind and go to your vet rapidly. Check the quality of the toys and whether they have been well tested for pets.
3. Fireworks are very popular here in Spain (not only after Spain won the World Cup; positive thinking as I have written this at the beginning of December!) at Christmas and New Year festivities and can be terrifying for our dogs and cats. If they are worried try and keep cats locked indoors. And dogs too are best indoors, with music or the TV on loud. If they get very stressed we can provide sedatives for some animals. Here we use some natural relaxants and in worse cases sedatives and anxiolytic combinations.
4. Keep Christmas plants and holly out of their reach. Many indoor plants are poisonous. Goodness knows why they eat them but often they do!
5. Never give animals as Christmas presents. Everybody knows this but it’s worth reminding. A dog/cat is for life and not just for Christmas” is one of the best-known sayings.
So finally Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy 2023 from Nick Murgatroyd and the Clinica Veterinaria Bendinat Team.

As we all know, many aspects of day-today life are now more expensive than last year due to rising inflation with Spain’s inflation rate now sitting at 9% and the dreadful war in Ukraine which has had a knock-on effect on the gas supply from Russia. Supermarkets have increased their prices, utility bills have sky-rocketed and petrol prices are at an all-time high. But are your insurance policies also affected? Unfortunately, yes. But Darryl and his team are on hand to help manage this. Let’s start with healthcare. As the cost of healthcare has increased by 11% in Spain, insurance policies may also have to follow suit and it is estimated that health insurance premiums will increase by 7.5% in 2023. This means that monthly payments could ultimately increase by a small percentage depending on how many policies each person has with the insurer and the number of claims. It is worth bearing in mind that all changes to the policy will be communicated before they change and as Darryl and the team at DYLSI work directly with their clients, they will notify them to explain the changes. This also means that all new policies could
be charged slightly higher than last year’s. When the pursestrings are tighter, most people look for ways to scale back their spending and find ways to save even the smallest amount of cash. Insurance should not be one of the things that people scale back on, in fact, quite the opposite. For those of us that are self-employed, every invoice counts. But if you are unable to work then this whole situation becomes worse still so insurance to protect your income is essential. In terms of healthcare, in the event that you become unwell, private medical insurance helps to get you back to health and back to work a lot quicker as you do not have to rely on the public system which can often come with long waiting times. Home insurance is another important policy to keep running during these challenging times as in the event that something goes wrong with your property it will be a lot easier to contact your insurance provider rather than pay for repairs out of your own pocket and suffer the financial loss. The same applies to business insurance, better to make a claim than pay for everything yourself. As the cost of living increases, it
is likely that people will not have a buffer of surplus income to fix any problems that may arrive so the backup of an insurance policy is essential.
Darryl and the team at DYLSI are on-hand to answer all of your questions and queries regarding changes to your insurance policies and the way they are now being charged. They can also offer advice on how best to protect yourselves, your businesses, and your loved ones in these challenging times laden with financial worry. The important thing to remember is that this period will pass and the balance will be restored. DYLSI has had a remarkable year assisting people on the island and it appears that people are still taking their insurance matters seriously and it certainly helps to have someone that you can trust to help with the whole process.
Darryl and his team at AXA DYLSI Insurance Agency will offer you fair, concise and tailored advice. Contact them today for a free consultation.

FRONT LINE PROJECT WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS AND DIRECT SEA ACCESS
Two options are available, purchase with project or purchase turnkey completed. This unique property is one of the few front-line properties available in the Southwest of the beautiful island of Mallorca. Not only does this property have the best location but also has history with its previous owners being the very first Bond girl Ursula Andress and the wellknown Welsh singer Bonnie Tyler. You can just imagine dipping into the sea following in their footsteps is quite nostalgic.
The unique design influenced by 007 has been created with the owner’s good taste, flair and design, having various other completed projects which have been commended for the design and Eco friendly installations.
The price is based on the demolition of the existing building, plans with permission approved and the property will be built, finished and ready to move in. This one of a kind villa will be fully completed to the highest standard with a grade A guaranteed energy efficiency certificate due to the clever design of renewable energy. Modifications can be made to the design if required. Alternatively, if you are more interested in obtaining the land with the licence and executing the constitution yourself, this is a possibility which can be discussed.
