Health & Wellness Savings & Retirement Time & Life Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner offers a complete set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cerner, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle. Eligibility for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for a dependent, the eligible dependents will generally include your spouse and eligible children. 2

Health & Wellness About Healthe at Cerner As a consumer of health care, you have the right to information, quality care, expedited reimbursement and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to actively manage all aspects of your health + care. Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.
Health Care Cerner Slovakia associates have access to a private medical plan which covers basic services. This includes complex preventive medical examination and vision checks. Premium is fully funded for associates by Cerner.
Health Club Reimbursement Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees up to an annual maximum of 132.00 Euro.

Retirement Retirement Plan Cerner’s participation with the Slovak Republic’s three Pillar pension scheme supports the financial wellbeing of our associates and their families. In accordance with statutory requirements, Cerner contributes to the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution (1st and 2nd Pillar) pension schemes. Cerner also provides a voluntary supplemental Defined Contribution (3rd Pillar) pension for eligible associates. Associates participating in this benefit receive the following additional contributions, and also may contribute their own funds up to an annual maximum:
2 % of base salary for associates with 12-48 months of service
3 % of base salary for associates with more than 48 months of service

Time Off Time Off As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly, with pay, for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Annual leave time at the rate of 22 days per year will be available to each associate and it will accrue on an annual basis beginning on your date of hire.
Illness Cerner Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eligible associates:

Holiday Cerner recognizes 15 public holidays per year when the offices will officially be closed.

Additional Benefits
Cerner offers meal vouchers through Ticket Restaurant at 3.50 Euro per voucher, per working day. Associate contribution is 1 Euro per voucher.
Associate Assistance Program Cerner has contracted with New Directions Behavioral Health and Cerner HealthPlan Services to provide Cerner with an Associate Assistance Program (EAP). New Directions provides pre-paid counseling services by licensed counselors. Associates and/or their family may access this service via telephone. Service is available on a variety of topics (i.e. work, family, personal). New Directions’ specialists provide assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to participants.
