Health & Well-being Savings & Retirement Time & Life Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner offers a set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cerner, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle.
You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for Benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for a dependent the eligible dependents will generally include your spouse, opposite and same-gender domestic partners, and eligible children. 3

Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and well-being goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.
As a consumer of healthcare, you and your family should feel empowered with the necessary tools and resources to actively manage all aspects of your health and care. Healthe at Cerner programs, tools and services are available to support you in making the best healthcare choices for you and your family.

Health & Well-being Health and Well-being Programming Healthe at Cerner offers a variety of programs, tools and resources to help you be proactive in your health and overall well-being, including: • • • • •
Online wellness classes and webinars. On-demand Serenity Sessions and Mindful Minutes for guided mindfulness and meditation. Mental well-being programming through THRIVE, featuring education and resources on topics such as stress management, resilience, sleep, flexible thinking, suicide awareness and more. Well-Being Connect for virtual fitness, mobility and wellness classes, mindfulness, blogs and other on-demand classes and activities. Comprehensive support through My Life Resources, Cerner’s Associate Assistance Program, including access to therapy services, financial and legal consultation, research and referral services, tobacco cessation support and more. See page 11 for more details.
Physical Well-being Highlights On-Demand Fitness Cerner provides associates easy access to over 100 different fitness class options using an ondemand fitness app. All classes are available at no cost to associates and eligible dependents and can be done anytime, anywhere. Classes range from Bootcamp to Barre, Strength Training to Stretching, Mobility, Meditation, and more. Once connected, search the app for classes based on format, length, instructor, level or language. Fitness Reimbursement Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a fitness reimbursement benefit for approved types of athletic facilities and activities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees up to a maximum of 2,310 SEK per calendar year. Reference the fitness reimbursement policy for more details. Musculoskeletal Health Cerner offers a variety of programs and services designed to help you manage your musculoskeletal health and enable you to move with more comfort and ease. We use a movement-based treatment approach to improve joint health, mitigate injury and enhance performance. One of these programs, Build Better Joints, is completely virtual in design and guides associates through eight weeks of mobility routines and curated educational resources. With courses specific to the neck and shoulders, lower back and knee, Build Better Joints can be your first step to a more active, pain-free life.

Pension Pension Plan Cerner’s occupational pension plan supports the financial wellbeing of our associates and their families for retirement, disability, and provides a pension for surviving family members. This program does not require an associate contribution. Cerner makes the full contribution on your behalf. Your contribution, and the type of plan your enrolled in, is based on your year of birth
ITP 1– Defined contribution for those born in or after 1979 Cerner will pay a defined amount into your retirement savings plan on a monthly basis. The benefit paid to you when you retire will be determined by the cumulated premiums and interest earning, and may be subject to market performance. The contributions are: • 4.92% of monthly base compensation, up to 7.5% Income Base Amount (IBA)*
• 31.73% of monthly base compensation above 7.5% IBA* ITP 2 and ITPK – Defined benefit for those born before 1979 When you retire, ITP 2 and ITPK amounts paid to you will be in accordance with the following occupational pension schedule. The premium that Cerner will pay into your ITP 2 varies depending on age, salary and length of service, and other factors taken into consideration such as expected lifetime. • 10% of your annual salary at the time of retirement, between 0 and 7.5 Income Base Amount (IBA)* • 65% of your annual salary between 7.5 and 20 IBA*

Travel Plans ACE Travel Assistance Cerner provides travel life, accident and emergency medical insurance plans for associates and their eligible dependents at no cost. All eligible associates are automatically enroled. These benefits are insured by ACE American Insurance Company.
Travel Emergency Medical Travel protection insurance is provided to Cerner associates travelling on international business. The plan provides the following types of coverage:

Secondary Medical Insurance for Accidents and Illness Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation Medical assistance services Personal assistance Travel assistance
This plan is secondary insurance and will pay covered claims after any other insurance or national health care payments are made.
Travel Life and Accident This Plan insures you if you experience a loss while traveling on business for Cerner (including personal deviation for up to fourteen days) excluding normal commuting to and from work.

Time Off Time Off
As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Generally, time off in the first few years of employment are experienced as follows: ◼Year
1—30 days unpaid, plus the option to borrow 5 paid days (Advance Days) from Year 2. 2—30 days, the number of paid days dependent on partial year worked in Year 1, and whether you chose to use any Advance Days. ◼Year 3—30 days fully paid, because you worked for Cerner for the entire Year 2. ◼Year
In addition to annual leave days, associates have access to 10 paid personal days, called Arbtsaldo days. The number of Artbsaldo days available to you in your first year may be prorated, based on your start date.
Illness
Cerner Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eligible associates: ◼

Holiday
Cerner recognizes 13 public holidays per year. When a public holiday occurs on a Tuesday or Thursday, the consecutive Monday or Friday is observed.

My Life Resources Associate Assistance Program My Life Resources, provided by Spring Health, is our Associate Assistance Program (EAP). My Life Resources is here to help and guide you in taking the steps to a healthier, more vibrant life. Additional Benefits Vision Reimbursement Cerner will reimburse your eligible vision related costs, including eye exam and lenses at full cost. Eye glass frames will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 400 SEK.
