LEADERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS

Introduced eight student mentors to help 11 educators lead small groups and mentor 25 student participants in the yearlong CHICK-FIL-A LEADER ACADEMY.

Launched Gibbons Freshman Seminar in 2020. The course includes a unit on leading, planting the seeds of leadership, and helping us identify STUDENT LEADERS early on in their Gibbons career.

Our Athletic Leadership Retreats program, now in its third year, drew its highest participation with 75 ATTENDEES from fall, winter, and spring teams and coaches.

Hosted the Educator Leadership Conference in January 2020 had 10 PARTICIPANTS learning how to encourage more student-centered leadership in our middle schools.

Offered a Parent Leadership Conference in February 2020, a first, bringing together 15 MEMBERS of the Cardinal Gibbons Family Association Board to craft a vision for parent engagement and finding opportunities to bring that vision to reality.
