New Trainees! In December 2017 CB Group’s first formal Management Trainee programme, Level Up, was launched, and is designed to nurture CBG’s management pool of the future. Fast-forward to 2.5 years later, Level Up has seen growth with 3 graduates who are now in managerial roles, and 26 others who transitioned to the next level of their development. Fourteen new entrants have been accepted, selected based on recommendations by the company’s Leadership Team and endorsed by the Level Up Selection Committee. Criteria for selection are:
