HOW TO DO A SPIR I T UAL CLE ANSING IN YOU R HOUSE

fresh month is a great time to think about cleansing your space — and I’m not just talking about a quick sweep and a vacuum (although those two practices are encouraged, especially during cold and flu season). Just as we clear the cobwebs and dust bunnies from our homes, the energy that surrounds us must be cleared as well. Think about it: If you’ve had a bad month, received some not-so-great news, or generally felt low, those vibes (for lack of a better word) can affect the way you feel in your home. Burning sage in your space is an incredible way to not only transition to the month ahead, but cleanse the air and the energy from your home and start fresh, whether you’ve just moved into a new place or simply wish to feel more positive in your existing home or apartment. You feel energy from the chakras. (see page 24 ) The chakras are interconnected, and when their energy is flowing smoothly, you are healthy and balanced. If the chakras become blocked and their energy becomes stagnate, it may result in illness or disease. When your chakras are out of balance, it can have a huge impact on your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. That is why we must keep the energy clear. House blessings (also known as house healings, house clearings, house cleansings and space clearing) are rites intended to protect the inhabitants of a home from misfortune. Whether your moving into a new home, or to "heal". After an occurrence of a spiritual attack. Many religions have house blessings of one form or another. Smudge Spray is a new alternative, (than the the smoke from Sage.) This Smudge Spray is perfect for when you want to cleanse your space and crystals. Made with White sage, lavender, and catnip. These are my favorite 3 herbs for cleansing and smell amazing. The moon + crystals that are infused into the spray making it extra powerful. WHY BURN SAGE? Used traditionally for thousands of years by a variety of cultures, burning sage sticks — and sticks made from other bundled herbs and flowers — has become a common practice to clear negative thoughts, emotions, and — if you believe in them — spirits, too. Sage, specifically, is said to clear negative energy, but whether you consider yourself spiritual or not, the scent of sage and sage smoke is a wonderful cleanser for the air around you, eliminating lingering odors like those you’d find in your kitchen

This smudge spray was infused under the full moon with quartz, amethyst, white sage, lavender, and catnip.

Great to spray in the air before a meditation. Cleanses the air and your crystals (do not use on selenite though) IT’S EASY TO MAKE YOUR OWN Sage sticks can be found commercially, but making your own is incredibly easy and rewarding, as you can fully customize the herbs and flowers you include, ensuring you know exactly what it is you’re burning. Rosemary, lavender, and roses are all visually appealing additions that smell and look amazing, and wrapping them up in bundles is a great way to use up the last of your summer herb garden bounty, together with palo santo, crystals, and essential oils make a beautiful Sage spray or even a mask spray to kill germs and help you breathe better.
