Chiswick Cheese Market Partners Up with Honest Burger by Dia Stronach
The founders of the Chiswick Cheese Market have teamed up with Honest Burger on chiswick High Road to create their newest local specialty: the Cheesewick. According to Honest Burger, the burger is named after an older name for the Chiswick area, which was Old English for ‘cheese farm’. Honest Burger said: “Working with the Chiswick Cheese Market founders, we tasted many great cheeses and settled on a combination of two cheeses from High Weald Dairy in Sussex and matched them with a sharp Smoky Tomato Relish made nearby from The Ealing Relish Company.” Served with a side of Honest
Burger’s signature rosemary fries, the Cheesewick is a little sloppy to start, but quickly calms down into a deliciously meaty rare burger, which is not noticably cheesier than other Honest Burger offerings, but made with cheese our reviewer can’t speak highly enough of.
